2025年4月18日，海口国际人才之家（海口龙华人才之家）联合海口龙华区辅安“候鸟”人才工作站、琼中黎族苗族自治县新进中心小学、海口国际人才志愿服务团，在琼中新进中心小学开展国际人才乡村支教志愿服务活动，助力乡村教育发展，促进文化交流。

On April 18,2025, the Haikou International Talent Home (Haikou Longhua Talent Home), in collaboration with the Haikou Longhua District Fu'an "Migratory Bird" Talent Workstation, Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous County Xinjin Central Primary School, and the Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Team, conducted an international talent rural teaching volunteer service activity at Qiongzhong Xinjin Central Primary School. The initiative aimed to support rural education development and promote cultural exchange.
当天下午，“候鸟”人才、新加坡国立大学教授FOO CHECK WOO等6名外籍人才为100余名学生带来了一场精彩的英语趣味课堂及足球教学活动。尽管天气炎热，但学生们热情高涨，早早地在教室和操场等候。

That afternoon, six international experts—including "migratory bird" talents and Professor FOOCHECKWOO from the National University of Singapore—delivered an engaging English language class and a football training session for over 100 students. Despite the scorching weather, the students showed great enthusiasm, arriving early in both the classroom and the playground.

在英语兴趣课堂上，外籍教师们用流利的英语和生动的教学方式吸引了学生们的注意力。他们通过讲述有趣的英语故事，让学生们在轻松愉快的氛围中感受英语的魅力；通过演唱欢快的英语歌曲，让学生们在歌声中学习英语词汇和语调；通过组织有趣的英语游戏，让学生们在互动中提高英语口语能力。学生们积极参与，课堂气氛热烈，不时传来阵阵欢笑声。

In the English interest classes, foreign teachers captured students' attention with their fluent English and engaging teaching methods. By telling captivating English stories, they allowed students to experience the charm of the language in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere; through singing cheerful English songs, students learned vocabulary and intonation while enjoying the music; and by organizing fun English games, they enhanced oral English skills through interactive activities. Students participated actively, creating a lively classroom atmosphere filled with frequent laughter.

足球兴趣课堂同样精彩纷呈。外籍教练们用专业的足球知识和精湛的球技吸引了学生们的眼球。他们首先通过讲解和示范，让学生们了解足球的基本规则和技巧；然后通过组织游戏，让学生们在实践中感受足球的乐趣；最后组织部分学员组成两支球队进行了一场精彩的足球比赛，让学生们在比赛中运用所学的足球知识和技能。学生们在比赛中尽情奔跑，挥洒汗水，展现了良好的团队协作精神和顽强的拼搏精神。

First, through explanations and demonstrations, they helped students understand the basic rules and techniques of football; then, by organizing games, they allowed students to experience the joy of football firsthand; finally, they formed two teams from selected participants for an exciting match, enabling students to apply their acquired knowledge and skills during play. The students ran vigorously throughout the game, sweating profusely while demonstrating strong teamwork and a tenacious spirit of perseverance.

此外，支教团队还带来了一份特别的礼物——花青素紫玉米种子。这不仅是一份希望的种子，更是为孩子们带去的一堂生动的农业科普课。让学生们不仅普及了现代农业知识，还激发了他们对农业科技的兴趣。同时，这些种子也象征着新的农业科学技术和发展理念的传播，为当地农业技术的发展和产业经济的提升注入了新的动力。

Through the participation of international talents, this initiative not only provided local students with a fresh learning experience but also injected new vitality into rural education. The Haikou International Talent Home will continue to leverage its resource advantages in attracting global professionals, collaborating with partners such as Qiongzhong to organize more similar teaching support programs, thereby contributing to the high-quality development of rural education in Hainan.

此次活动在海口市科学技术和工业信息化局（海口市外国专家局）、琼中黎族苗族自治县委组织部（县委人才发展局）、琼中黎族苗族自治县教育局、政协琼中黎族苗族自治委员会提案与法制委员会的指导下进行，并得到了海口市移民事务服务中心的协助支持。

This event was conducted under the guidance of the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology and Industrial Information (Haikou Municipal Bureau of Foreign Experts), the Organization Department of the Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous County Committee (County Talent Development Bureau), the Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous County Education Bureau, and the Proposal and Legal Affairs Committee of the Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous County Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, with assistance from the Haikou Municipal Immigrant Affairs Service Center.
