人民网海口3月29日电 （记者毛雷、李学山） 3月27日，“智汇龙华·创享自贸”国际人才创业项目路演活动在海口市龙华数字经济产业园（南海园）举行。活动旨在搭建国际人才与自贸港产业资源对接平台，进一步优化人才发展生态，助力海口加快建设海南自贸港核心引领区。
People's Daily Online, Haikou, March 29 (Reporters Mao Lei, Li Xueshan) – On March 27, the "Intelligence Convergence in Longhua, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Free Trade Zone" international talent entrepreneurship project roadshow was held at the Longhua Digital Economy Industrial Park (Nanhai Park) in Haikou. The event aimed to establish a platform connecting international talents with industrial resources of the free trade port, further optimize the talent development ecosystem, and support Haikou in accelerating its development as the core leading zone of the Hainan Free Trade Port.

本次活动由海口市委人才发展局、市科工信局指导，龙华区委人才发展局、区科工信局主办，共吸引国际人才创业者、投资专家、行业嘉宾等50余人参加。
活动伊始，与会人员共同观看了龙华区招商宣传片，直观了解辖区产业载体、配套服务及政策优势。来自龙华区的业务骨干以“专业化+通俗化”的方式，系统解读了境外人员参加职业资格考试等自贸港政策，推动政策直达快享，为国际人才在龙华安心发展、舒心创业提供坚实保障。
路演环节全程提供中英双语翻译服务，有效搭建跨国沟通桥梁。10个国际人才创业项目依次登台展示，项目涵盖数字经济、科技创新、跨境贸易等领域。由投资专家、行业顾问等组成的评审团围绕项目创新性、市场适配性、落地可行性等方面进行专业点评和精准指导，助力项目优化提升。来自加拿大的创业者表示，龙华区扎实的产业基础和贴心的人才服务让其信心满满，本次路演帮助团队进一步找准了在自贸港发展的切入点。
据了解，此次活动是龙华区构建“引进—孵化—落地—成长”全周期人才创业生态的具体实践。下一步，龙华区将持续优化人才发展环境，不断集聚海内外人才与创新项目，以人才集聚引领产业升级，以产业发展支撑人才成长，为海口建设自贸港核心区和“六个之城”贡献更强人才力量、注入更多国际化动能。

This event was guided by the Haikou Municipal Talent Development Bureau and the Municipal Science, Technology and Industry Information Bureau, and hosted by the Longhua District Talent Development Bureau and the District Science, Technology and Industry Information Bureau, attracting over 50 participants including international talent entrepreneurs, investment experts, and industry guests.
At the outset of the event, participants watched a promotional video on investment promotion in Longhua District, gaining a clear understanding of the district's industrial infrastructure, supporting services, and policy advantages. Key officials from Longhua District provided a systematic explanation of Free Trade Port policies—such as those regarding overseas individuals taking professional qualification exams—in a "professional yet accessible" manner, ensuring swift implementation of these policies and providing robust support for international talents to settle down and thrive in Longhua.
The entire roadshow session featured bilingual Chinese-English translation services, effectively bridging international communication. Ten international talent-driven startup projects were presented in sequence, covering areas such as the digital economy, technological innovation, and cross-border trade. A panel of investment experts and industry consultants provided professional evaluations and targeted guidance on aspects including project innovation, market relevance, and feasibility, assisting in project refinement. An entrepreneur from Canada noted that Longhua District's solid industrial foundation and comprehensive talent support had boosted their confidence, adding that the roadshow helped their team better identify entry points for development within the free trade port.
It is understood that this event represents a concrete initiative by Longhua District to establish a comprehensive talent entrepreneurship ecosystem covering the entire lifecycle of "attraction–incubation–implementation–growth." Moving forward, Longhua District will continue to optimize its talent development environment, actively attract domestic and international talents as well as innovative projects, leverage talent aggregation to drive industrial upgrading, support talent development through industrial growth, and contribute stronger talent resources along with enhanced international momentum to Haikou's efforts in building the core area of the Free Trade Port and the "Six Cities" initiative.
