3月27日，“智汇龙华·创享自贸”国际人才创业项目路演活动在龙华数字经济产业园（南海园）成功举行。活动由海口市委人才发展局、市科工信局指导，龙华区委人才发展局、区科工信局主办，共吸引国际人才创业者、投资专家、行业嘉宾等40余人参加。
On March 27, the "Intelligent Longhua, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Free Trade Zone" international talent entrepreneurship project roadshow was successfully held at the Longhua Digital Economy Industrial Park (Nanhai Park). Organized under the guidance of the Haikou Municipal Talent Development Bureau and the Municipal Science, Technology, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and hosted by the Longhua District Talent Development Bureau and the District Science, Technology, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, the event attracted over 40 participants including international talent entrepreneurs, investment experts, and industry guests.
活动伊始，与会人员共同观看龙华区招商宣传片，直观感受辖区产业载体、配套服务及政策优势。业务骨干以“专业化+通俗化”的方式，系统解读境外人员参加职业资格考试等自贸港政策，推动政策直达快享，为国际人才在龙华安心发展、舒心创业提供坚实保障。
At the outset of the event, participants watched a promotional video on investment attraction in Longhua District, gaining a clear understanding of the area's industrial infrastructure, supporting services, and policy advantages. Key officials provided a systematic explanation of free trade port policies—such as those governing overseas individuals taking professional qualification exams—in a way that combined expertise with accessibility, ensuring swift implementation of these policies and providing solid support for international talents to settle down and thrive in Longhua.
路演环节全程提供中英双语翻译服务，有效搭建跨国沟通桥梁。10个国际人才创业项目依次登台展示，评审团围绕项目创新性、市场适配性、落地可行性等方面进行专业点评和精准指导，助力项目优化提升。来自加拿大的创业者表示，龙华扎实的产业基础和贴心的人才服务让其信心满满，本次路演帮助团队进一步找准了在自贸港发展的切入点。
The entire roadshow session featured bilingual Chinese-English translation services, effectively serving as a bridge for international communication. Ten international talent-driven startup projects were presented in turn, with the judging panel providing professional feedback and targeted guidance on aspects such as project innovation, market relevance, and feasibility of implementation, thereby assisting the projects in refinement and enhancement. A Canadian entrepreneur noted that Longhua's solid industrial foundation and comprehensive talent support had boosted their confidence, adding that this roadshow helped their team better identify key opportunities for development within the free trade port.
此次活动是龙华区构建“引进—孵化—落地—成长”全周期人才创业生态的具体实践。下一步，龙华区将持续优化人才发展环境，不断集聚海内外人才与创新项目，以人才集聚引领产业升级，以产业发展支撑人才成长，为海口加快建设海南自贸港核心引领区和“六个之城”贡献更强人才力量、注入更多国际化动能。
This initiative represents a concrete effort by Longhua District to establish a comprehensive talent entrepreneurship ecosystem covering the entire lifecycle of "recruitment–incubation–implementation–growth." Moving forward, Longhua District will continue to optimize its talent development environment, actively attract domestic and international talents as well as innovative projects. By leveraging talent aggregation to drive industrial upgrading and using industrial development to support talent growth, the district aims to contribute stronger talent resources and inject greater international momentum into Haikou's accelerated development as the core leading zone of the Hainan Free Trade Port and one of the "Six Cities."
