Despite the cold weather, the foreign volunteers remained highly enthusiastic. Dressed in uniform blue volunteer vests and holding promotional materials, they patiently provided consultation services to passing tourists, answered their questions, and assisted with itinerary planning.

The participation of foreign volunteers has not only enhanced interactions with the local Haikou community but also introduced fresh perspectives and an international atmosphere, fostering multicultural exchange and integration—all contributing to the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
