The second course of the 2026 International Trade Compound International Volunteer Public Welfare English Summer Classroom was successfully held

为了丰富社区青少年的暑期生活、拓展国际视野，2026年7月24日，由海口 “Yeah” 海口国际人才志愿服务团、海口市人民对外友好协会共同组织的“2026年国贸大院国际志愿者公益英语暑期课堂” 第二次课程如期顺利举行。

To enrich the summer lives of neighborhood youth and broaden their global horizons, On July 24,2026, the second session of the "2026 Guomao Dayuan International Volunteer Public Welfare English Summer Course," jointly organized by the Haikou "Yeah" International Talent Volunteer Service Team and the Haikou Municipal People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, was successfully held as scheduled.

本次课程以“走进新西兰”为主题。课堂上，国际志愿者精心准备了图文并茂的课件与多媒体展示，带领孩子们“云游”新西兰。志愿者不仅生动地介绍了新西兰的地理位置、自然风光和特色文化，还结合实际生活场景，教授了实用英语词汇与日常口语表达，有效激发了孩子们对外语学习的浓厚兴趣。

Centered on the theme "Welcome to New Zealand," international volunteers prepared a dynamic and engaging multimedia presentation. Through vibrant illustrations and slides, volunteers guided the children on a virtual tour of New Zealand’s unique geography, natural beauty, and local traditions. Practical vocabulary and everyday conversational phrases were introduced in an accessible context, inspiring the children’s interest in foreign language learning.

在互动交流环节中，孩子们表现出极高的学习热情，纷纷踊跃举手发言。为了确保每一位孩子都能充分消化所学知识，国际志愿者们细心地走入孩子们中间，开展“一对一”面对面辅导。志愿者们耐心地解答孩子们在英语发音和书写上的疑问，并鼓励他们勇敢开口、认真完成写字与练习卡片。

The classroom atmosphere reached a peak during the interactive segment, with children eagerly raising their hands to ask and answer questions. To ensure personalized learning and complete understanding, international volunteers moved across the classroom to provide tailored, one-on-one guidance. Volunteers patiently assisted students with spelling, pronunciation, and writing worksheets, building a supportive and encouraging learning environment.

整堂课程在欢声笑语和浓厚的学习氛围中圆满结束。公益英语暑期课堂不仅让孩子们在假期中收获了知识、提升了英语表达能力，更让他们感受到了跨文化交流的乐趣，展现了国际志愿者的奉献精神与社区的温馨活力。

The class concluded successfully amidst laughter and shared achievements. This public welfare English summer class not only empowered children to acquire knowledge and enhance their English speaking skills during their vacation, but also allowed them to experience the true joy of cross-cultural exchange. Furthermore, it highlighted the dedication of the international volunteers alongside the warm, vibrant spirit of the community."
