国际人才助力白沙“三月三”文化节

2025年3月30日至31日，我们组织国际人才前往白沙，参加国际旅游推广大使证书颁发仪式及“三月三”民俗节庆祝活动。此次活动吸引了来自喀麦隆、加拿大、加纳、尼日利亚和中国的国际人才齐聚一堂，既促进了多元文化的交流与合作，也推动了海南自由贸易港的旅游业及文化发展。

From March 30 to 31, 2025, we organized international talents to visit Baisha to participate in the International Tourism Promotion Ambassador Certificate Award Ceremony and the celebration of the 'San Yue San' Folk Custom Festival.This event attracted international talents from Cameroon, Canada, Ghana, Nigeria, and China, highlighting the exchange and cooperation of diverse cultures while promoting tourism and cultural development in the Hainan Free Trade Port.

第一天，参与者参观了白沙民族博物馆，深入了解了当地的历史与民族习俗。新任命的国际旅游推广大使们领取了证书，正式成为白沙的文化大使。

On the first day, participants visited the Baisha Ethnic Museum, gaining valuable insights into the local history and ethnic customs. The newly appointed International Tourism Promotion Ambassadors received their certificates, assuming the role of cultural ambassadors for Baisha.

下午，白沙县文化广场举办了竹竿舞比赛，参赛者们领略了黎族和苗族传统舞蹈的魅力。当晚还举办了民俗美食嘉年华，展示了白沙独特的美食文化，吸引了众多游客前来品尝美食，并参与以当地特色美食为主题的互动活动。

In the afternoon, a bamboo pole dance competition was held at the Baisha County Cultural Square, where participants experienced the allure of traditional dances from the Li and Miao ethnic groups. The evening featured a folk food carnival that showcased Baisha’s unique cuisine, attracting numerous visitors who enjoyed the culinary offerings while engaging in interactive activities highlighting local specialties.

在篝火点燃仪式上，音乐与舞蹈交织在一起，参与者们共同跳起团结之舞，共同庆祝这个难忘的夜晚，从而更深入地理解并欣赏了白沙的文化。

During the bonfire lighting ceremony, music and dance intertwined as participants joined in a unity dance, celebrating an unforgettable evening that deepened their understanding and appreciation of Baisha’s culture.

第二天，一场民间游行在白沙主城区举行，让国际艺术家们得以深入体验黎族和苗族的传统文化，并与当地居民互动交流。来自喀麦隆的一位国际表演者用流利的海南话和普通话演唱了三首歌曲，赢得了热烈掌声，有效弥合了文化差异。

On the second day, a folk parade took place in Baisha's main urban area, allowing international talents to immerse themselves in the traditional culture of the Li and Miao ethnic groups and interact with local residents. An international participant from Cameroon performed three songs in fluent Hainanese and Mandarin, earning enthusiastic applause and bridging cultural divides.

活动结束时，参与者们举行了祭祀仪式，并收到了当地特色礼品，进一步加深了他们对白沙文化的了解。当晚，“三三”长桌宴席与浪漫夜曲演出如期举行：国际艺术家与白沙居民齐聚河边，共享美食并体验黎族与苗族的歌唱节，促进了文化交流。

At the conclusion of the event, participants engaged in a sacrificial ceremony and received local specialty gifts, further enriching their impressions of Baisha's culture. In the evening, the "Three March Three" long-table banquet and romantic serenade event unfolded as planned, where international talents and Baisha residents gathered by the river to enjoy food and experience the Li and Miao singing festivals, fostering cultural exchange.
