为深化海南与新加坡、马来西亚的国际人才交流合作，以文旅为纽带、以公益为桥梁传播海南自贸港故事，由“海口Yeah”海口国际人才志愿服务团、海口国际人才之家外国专家书屋联合主办的“星聚海南·情系自贸——新加坡国际人才海南文旅公益行”活动近期在海南多地展开。值得一提的是，这也是“海口Yeah”海口国际人才志愿服务团成立后的首次公益活动。来自新加坡及马来西亚的14位国际人才跨越山海，走进海口、文昌、博鳌、五指山、乐东、白沙、琼中等地，开展了为期7天的深度文化体验与公益实践，以实际行动搭建跨国友谊之桥，为海南乡村教育发展注入国际暖流。To deepen international talent exchange and cooperation between Hainan, Singapore, and Malaysia, and to promote the story of Hainan Free Trade Port through cultural tourism as a link and public welfare initiatives as a bridge, the event "Star Gathering in Hainan, Heartfelt Connection with Free Trade – Singapore International Talents 'Cultural Tourism Public Welfare Tour" was recently held across multiple locations in Hainan. Co-organized by the Haikou Yeah International Talent Volunteer Service Team and the Foreign Experts Bookstore at the Haikou International Talent Home, this marked the first public welfare activity since the team's establishment. Fourteen international talents from Singapore and Malaysia traveled across regions including Haikou, Wenchang, Boao, Wuzhishan, Ledong, Baisha, and Qiongzhong, engaging in a seven-day program of immersive cultural experiences and public service activities. Their efforts have built bridges of cross-border friendship and injected international momentum into rural education development in Hainan.
“海口Yeah”海口国际人才志愿服务团由海口市委外事工作委员会办公室与海口市科学技术和工业信息化局（海口市外国专家局）共同组建，旨在发挥外事工作服务经济社会发展、服务基层群众的作用，搭建中外文化交流桥梁，凝聚国际人才力量，是助力海南自贸港国际化建设的重要公益平台。本次文旅公益行作为志愿服务团的首场活动，既是对其成立初衷的生动实践，也为后续凝聚国际人才力量、开展中外交流公益项目奠定了良好基础。"The Haikou Yeah" Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Team was jointly established by the Office of the Foreign Affairs Work Committee of the Haikou Municipal Party Committee and the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology and Industrial Information (Haikou Foreign Experts Bureau). Its mission is to leverage foreign affairs work in serving economic and social development as well as grassroots communities, build bridges for cultural exchanges between China and other countries, and pool international talent resources, serving as a key public welfare platform supporting the internationalization of the Hainan Free Trade Port. This cultural and tourism public welfare initiative, marking the team's inaugural activity, not only vividly demonstrates its founding purpose but also lays a solid foundation for future efforts to attract international talent and implement public welfare projects promoting Sino-foreign exchanges.
本次活动秉持“以人才为桥、以文旅为媒、以公益暖心”的理念，既是海南面向东南亚链接全球人才的具体实践，也是深化中新马民间友好、助力海南自贸港国际化建设的重要举措。活动期间，国际人才团深度探访了海南多元文旅地标：在海口感受骑楼老街的南洋风情与历史文脉，在文昌领略航天之城的科技魅力，在博鳌体会中国特色大国外交的时代气象，在五指山、乐东、白沙、琼中沉浸式体验热带雨林的生态之美、黎苗民族的文化风情，以及海南乡村振兴的丰硕成果，全方位感受海南自贸港的开放活力、生态魅力与人文温度。

Adhering to the philosophy of "using talent as a bridge, culture and tourism as a medium, and public welfare to warm hearts," this event serves not only as Hainan's concrete initiative to connect with global talents from Southeast Asia but also as a significant measure to deepen people-to-people friendship among China, Singapore, and Malaysia while advancing the internationalization of the Hainan Free Trade Port. During the event, the international delegation explored Hainan's diverse cultural and tourism landmarks: experiencing the Nanyang charm and historical heritage of the arcade streets in Haikou; appreciating the technological allure of the aerospace city in Wenchang; witnessing the contemporary spirit of China's major-country diplomacy in Boao; and immersing themselves in the ecological beauty of tropical rainforests, the cultural traditions of the Li and Miao ethnic groups, and the remarkable achievements of rural revitalization in Wuzhishan, Ledong, Baisha, and Qiongzhong—all providing a comprehensive appreciation of the open vitality, ecological appeal, and humanistic warmth of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
公益是本次活动的重要主题。在白沙黎族自治县青松乡中心学校举行的“以书传情，智汇海南——国际人才乡村助学行动”爱心捐书仪式，是本次公益行的核心环节。国际人才向该校捐赠了600多册、价值近7000元的中英文对照优质图书。这批书籍品类贴合乡村学生的阅读与学习需求，涵盖儿童文学、经典名著、科普探索、工具书及学习资料等，兼顾英语能力提升与多元文化传递。它们将为学生们提供更丰富的阅读选择，帮助拓宽知识视野，激发对文学与外语的兴趣，同时也以书籍为纽带，搭建起跨国文化交流的桥梁，让中新马之间的友好情谊在书香中传递。Public welfare is a central theme of this event. The book donation ceremony titled "Conveying Emotions Through Books, Gathering Wisdom for Hainan – International Talent Rural Education Support Initiative," held at Qingsong Township Central School in Baisha Li Autonomous County, constitutes the core component of this public welfare campaign. International talents donated over 600 high-quality bilingual books to the school, valued at nearly 7,000 yuan. These books cater to the reading and learning needs of rural students, covering children's literature, classic works, science popularization materials, reference books, and study resources, while also enhancing English proficiency and promoting multicultural exchange. They will provide students with a wider range of reading options, broaden their knowledge horizons, and foster interest in literature and foreign languages. Furthermore, these books serve as a bridge for cross-cultural communication, fostering friendly relations among China, Singapore, and Malaysia through shared literary experiences.

As the inaugural event of the Haikou Yeah Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Team, it not only enabled friends from Singapore and Malaysia to gain firsthand insights into Hainan and the Free Trade Port, encouraging greater international interest in and engagement with the region, but also demonstrated the team's core mission—uniting international talents, serving local communities, and fostering Sino-foreign exchanges—through its public welfare education programs. This cross-border cultural and tourism philanthropic initiative represents not only a cultural and ecological journey but also a mission of public welfare and friendship. The event has further strengthened people-to-people ties between Hainan, Singapore, and Malaysia, expanded opportunities for international talent exchange and cooperation, allowed global compassion to flourish on Hainan Island, and fully demonstrated the philanthropic value and bridging role of the "Haikou Yeah" Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Team, collectively writing a new chapter in China-Singapore-Malaysia friendship and the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
