在社区里与居民共话家常，在各类场合中担当“交流纽带”……2024年8月，由市科工信局主导创建、海口国际人才之家运营的海口国际人才志愿服务团成立。来自五湖四海的国际人才变身“多面手”，参与社区治理、教育帮扶、文化交流等志愿服务。截至目前，志愿服务团已累计开展各类志愿活动80余场，服务群众超3000人次，用实际行动为海口提升国际影响力、汇聚全球人才注入坚实力量。

Engaging in casual conversations with residents within communities and serving as a bridge for communication across various settings... In August 2024, the Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Team was established under the leadership of the Municipal Science, Technology, Industry and Information Bureau and operated by the Haikou International Talent Home. International talents from around the world have become versatile contributors, participating in volunteer services such as community governance, educational support, and cultural exchange. To date, the team has organized over 80 volunteer activities, serving more than 3,000 individuals, thereby making tangible contributions to enhancing Haikou's international influence and attracting global talent.
