今年春节期间，大量游客涌入海南，给海南的港口等重要地段的交通带来了前所未有的压力，我们积极响应社会服务需求，迅速发动海口国际人才志愿服务团的10多名志愿者组成的服务团队。志愿者们前往海口市秀英港及周边人流密集区域，开展游客车辆疏导咨询服务。此次活动旨在为春节期间的游客提供便利，确保交通顺畅，提升游客体验。
During this year's Spring Festival, a large number of tourists flocked to Hainan, putting unprecedented pressure on transportation in key areas such as Hainan's ports. To actively respond to the social service needs, We quickly mobilized a service team of more than 10 volunteers from the Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Team. The volunteers went to Xiu Ying Port in Haikou and surrounding areas with high population density to provide guidance and advice to tourist vehicles. This activity aims to provide convenience for tourists during the Spring Festival period, ensure smooth traffic and enhance the tourist experience.
2月2日和3日，志愿者们在海南师范大学龙昆南校区集合，统一乘车前往服务地点。尽管天气寒冷，志愿者们依然热情高涨，他们穿着统一的蓝色志愿者背心，手持宣传资料，耐心地为过往游客提供咨询服务，解答他们的疑问，帮助他们规划行程。
On the 2nd and 3rd of February, the volunteers gathered at the Longkun Nan campus of Hainan Normal University and travelled together to the service site. Despite the cold weather, the volunteers were enthusiastic, wearing matching blue volunteer vests and holding promotional materials, patiently providing information services to passing tourists, answering their questions and helping them plan their itineraries.
在活动现场，志愿者们不仅提供了交通疏导服务，还向游客发放了宣传册，介绍了海口的旅游景点和文化特色，增强了游客对海口的了解和兴趣。此外，志愿者们还积极协助维护现场秩序，确保游客的安全。
At the event site, the volunteers not only provided traffic guidance services, but also distributed brochures to tourists, introducing Haikou's tourist attractions and cultural features, thus increasing tourists' understanding and interest in Haikou. In addition, volunteers actively helped maintain order at the site to ensure the safety of tourists.
特别值得一提的是，服务对象中还有一位坐轮椅的游客，志愿者无微不至的服务体现了志愿服务的人文关怀。此外，外籍志愿者们的加入不仅增进了与海口本地社区的互动交流，还为本地社区带来了新的视角与国际化氛围，推动了多元文化的交流与融合，共同为海南自贸港建设助力。
It is especially worth mentioning that among the service recipients is a wheelchair-bound tourist, whose meticulous service by the volunteers embodies the humanistic care of volunteerism. In addition, the participation of foreign volunteers not only enhances the interaction and communication with the local community in Haikou, but also brings a new perspective and international atmosphere to the local community, promoting the exchange and integration of different cultures and jointly contributing to the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
