为深化海南自由贸易港金融服务改革，提升外籍人才金融服务便利化水平，5月25日下午，由海口国际人才之家、中信银行海口湾支行及海南港澳青年创新创业服务中心联合主办的《外籍人士金融服务政策——海南自贸港多功能自由贸易账户业务解读》知识讲座在港澳青年创新创业服务中心成功举办。

To deepen financial service reforms in the Hainan Free Trade Port and enhance convenience for foreign professionals accessing financial services, a knowledge lecture titled "Financial Services Policies for Foreign Nationals: An Interpretation of Multi-functional Free Trade Account Services in Hainan Free Trade Port" was successfully held on the afternoon of May 25 at the Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Center. The event was jointly organized by Haikou International Talent Home, CITIC Bank Haikou Bay Branch, and the Hainan Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Center.

本次讲座旨在向在海南工作、学习和生活的外籍人才介绍自贸港跨境金融服务方案，特别是自贸港多功能自由贸易账户业务，以及中信银行针对外籍人士在个人和企业开户方面的相关政策。同时，还涉及外籍个人持股企业注册注意事项和外资投资海南的优惠政策。

This lecture aims to introduce foreign professionals working, studying, or residing in Hainan to the free trade port's cross-border financial services offerings, particularly its multi-functional free trade account services, as well as CITIC Bank's policies for foreign nationals opening personal and corporate accounts. It also covers key considerations for registering enterprises held by foreign individuals and preferential investment policies for foreign capital in Hainan.
