Haikou International Talent Community Holding Inclusive Policy Training Again

2024年10月25日，海口国际人才之家成功举办了针对外籍人才的中小企业普惠性政策培训第三次授课。活动邀请了海南译抵岸语言服务有限公司创始人David A. Janke（杨龙贤）及海南外经律师事务所专职律师马雨茜作为主讲嘉宾。本次培训吸引了来自不同国家的30多名外籍人才报名参加。

On October 25, 2024, Haikou International Talent Community successfully held the third session of inclusive policy training for small and medium-sized enterprises targeting foreign talents. The event invited David A. Janke (Yang Longxian), founder of Hainan YiDiAn Language Service Co., Ltd., and Ma Yuqian, a full-time lawyer at Hainan Foreign Economic Law Firm, as keynote speakers. This training attracted more than 30 foreign talents from different countries to register and participate.

David A. Janke（杨龙贤）结合自身经历，分享了外籍人士在海南自贸港工作和居住的实用法律信息，包括工作许可、居留证件办理及避免非法就业等。马雨茜律师则重点解读了海口市中小企业在税收、融资、市场准入等方面的优惠政策，并现场解答了外籍人士关心的法律问题。

David A. Janke shared practical legal information for foreign nationals working and living in Hainan Free Trade Port based on his own experience, including work permits, residence permit processing, and avoiding illegal employment. Lawyer Ma Yuqian focused on interpreting the preferential policies for small and medium-sized enterprises in Haikou in terms of taxation, financing, and market access, and answered legal questions of concern to foreign nationals on site.

此次培训设置了互动问答环节，为外籍人才提供了深入了解海口政策的平台。通过培训，外籍人士对如何在海口合法工作和居住有了更清晰的认识，增强了法律法规意识。活动最后，海口国际人才之家还提供了一对一咨询服务，满足了外籍人士的具体需求。

This training set up an interactive Q&A session, providing a platform for foreign talents to gain a deeper understanding of Haikou policies. Through training, foreign nationals have gained a clearer understanding of how to legally work and reside in Haikou, enhancing their awareness of laws and regulations. At the end of the event, Haikou International Talent Community also provided one-on-one consulting services to meet the specific needs of foreign talents.
