2026三亚外国人才新春文化交流会圆满举

在海南自贸港封关运作后的首个新春佳节来临之际，为让扎根三亚的外国人才感受中国传统文化魅力，增强其城市归属感与幸福感，2026年1月30日，由三亚市科学技术和工业信息化局（三亚市外国专家局）指导、三亚国际人才之家主办、海南省诗书画家学会支持的“新春聚三亚·老外过春节—外国人才新春游园暨文化交流会”在三亚成功举办。来自各行各业的80余名外国人才与本地文化界人士、相关单位代表齐聚一堂，共赴一场跨文化的新春之约。

On the occasion of the first Spring Festival after the official operation of Hainan Free Trade Port, to allow foreign talents residing in Sanya to experience the charm of China's traditional culture and enhance their sense of belonging and happiness in the city, the "Spring Festival Gathering in Sanya: Foreign Talents Celebrate the New Year – New Year Garden Tour and Cultural Exchange Event for Foreign Talents" was successfully held in Sanya on January 30,2026. The event was guided by the Sanya Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology and Industrial Information (Sanya Foreign Experts Bureau), organized by the Sanya International Talent Home, and supported by the Hainan Provincial Society of Poets, Calligraphers and Painters. More than 80 foreign talents from various industries gathered alongside local cultural figures and representatives from relevant organizations for this cross-cultural Spring Festival gathering.

活动伊始，主持人用双语介绍了本次活动的背景目的、流程及集章互动规则，并向现场嘉宾送上诚挚的新春祝福。三亚市外国专家局领导在致辞中表示，今年春节是海南自贸港封关运作后的首个春节，三亚正以更加开放包容的姿态拥抱全球人才。此次活动不仅是传递新春祝福的暖心之举，更是优化国际人才服务、增强外国人才归属感的重要实践。未来，三亚将持续为外国人才打造更优质的发展环境，让他们在这片热土上安居乐业、施展才华。随后，外国人才代表分享了他们在三亚工作生活的美好体验，表达了对中国传统文化的浓厚兴趣与对城市关怀的由衷感谢。外国专家、新加坡国立大学教授符积虎还生动讲解了春节的由来与传统习俗，为现场嘉宾搭建起文化认知的桥梁。

At the beginning of the event, the host introduced the background, objectives, procedures, and stamp-collecting interaction rules of the activity in both languages, while extending sincere New Year greetings to all attendees. Leaders from the Sanya Foreign Experts Bureau stated in their speech that this year's Spring Festival marks the first one since the official operation of the Hainan Free Trade Port, and Sanya is embracing global talents with an even more open and inclusive attitude. This event serves not only as a heartwarming gesture of New Year blessings but also as a significant practice for enhancing international talent services and strengthening the sense of belonging among foreign professionals. Moving forward, Sanya will continue to create a superior development environment for foreign talents, enabling them to settle down, thrive, and showcase their abilities in this vibrant city. Subsequently, representatives of foreign talents shared their positive experiences working and living in Sanya, expressing strong interest in China's traditional culture and heartfelt gratitude for the city's support. Professor Fu Jihu from the National University of Singapore vividly explained the origins and traditional customs of the Spring Festival, fostering cultural understanding among the guests.

核心互动环节中，三大主题区域亮点纷呈，让外国人才沉浸式感受中国传统文化的独特魅力。在传统书画创作与互动区，海南省诗书画家学会的书画家们现场挥毫，福字、新春主题画作等作品墨香四溢，并一一赠予外籍嘉宾。不少外国人才在书画家的指导下，拿起毛笔尝试书写“福”字与自己的中文名字，体验传统绘画创作，即兴作品的集中展示让大家收获了满满的成就感。来自新加坡的Mona兴奋地展示着自己的作品：“这是我第一次写毛笔字，虽然笔画还很生疏，但‘福’字的寓意让我感到特别温暖。”新春趣味游戏区里，写新年愿卡、套圈、投壶等项目人气高涨，外籍嘉宾用中英双语写下新春期许，在传统民俗游戏中感受中国古代礼仪与欢乐氛围，纷纷为趣味十足的互动点赞。来自法国的苏娅带她小女儿参加了套圈游戏，她开心地说：“这个游戏很有趣，让我想起了小时候在家乡也玩过类似的游戏，原来快乐是相通的。”

During the core interactive sessions, the three themed areas featured a variety of highlights, allowing foreign participants to immerse themselves in the unique charm of China's traditional culture. At the Traditional Calligraphy and Painting Creation and Interaction Area, artists from the Hainan Provincial Society of Poets, Calligraphers, and Painters demonstrated their skills on-site, creating works such as the character "Fu" and New Year-themed paintings that exuded a rich aroma of ink, all of which were presented to international guests. Many foreigners, guided by these artists, picked up brushes to attempt writing the character "Fu" or their own Chinese names, experiencing traditional painting creation firsthand. The exhibition of impromptu artworks filled everyone with a profound sense of accomplishment. Mona from Singapore excitedly showcased her work: "This is my first time practicing brush calligraphy; although my strokes are still somewhat awkward, the symbolism of the' Fu' character brings me great warmth." In the New Year Fun Games Area, activities such as writing New Year wishes cards, ring tosses, and arrow throwing games attracted significant interest. Foreign guests wrote their New Year aspirations in both Chinese and English, immersing themselves in traditional folk customs and the festive atmosphere, and unanimously praised the engaging interactions. Suya from France brought her young daughter to play the ring toss game, saying happily, "This game is so fun—it reminds me of similar games I played as a child back home. It shows how joy transcends boundaries."

新春文艺展演区的节目精彩纷呈，古琴、古筝、笛子等传统乐器的演奏婉转悠扬，中国民族舞蹈更是将现场气氛推向了高潮。

The programs in the New Year Cultural Performance Area were spectacular, featuring melodious performances of traditional instruments such as the guqin, guzheng, and flute, while China's ethnic dances elevated the atmosphere to its peak.

中医文化展示区同样人气爆棚，成为本次活动的一大亮点。两位专业中医老师现场带领全体外籍嘉宾共同体验了中国经典养生运动《八段锦》，老师们耐心拆解每一个动作的要领，从起势到收势，指导大家调整呼吸、舒展肢体，外籍嘉宾们跟随节奏认真模仿，在舒缓的动作中感受中医养生的独特智慧。随后开展的中医辨识小游戏更是点燃了大家的参与热情，现场摆放着当归、黄芪、白芷、党参等经典中药，老师们详细讲解每种药材的外形特征、气味特点及养生功效，外籍嘉宾们凑近观察、仔细闻辨，积极举手抢答药材名称，在轻松愉悦的氛围中快速掌握了基础中医知识，纷纷表示这种互动式体验让传统文化变得生动易懂。

The Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture Exhibition Area was equally bustling with visitors, becoming one of the highlights of the event. Two professional TCM instructors guided all foreign guests on-site to experience the classic Chinese wellness exercise "Baduanjin." The instructors patiently explained the key techniques of each movement—from the starting position to the ending posture—guiding participants in adjusting their breathing and stretching their limbs. The foreign guests diligently mimicked the movements rhythmically, appreciating the unique wisdom of TCM wellness through these gentle exercises. Subsequently, a TCM identification game further ignited everyone's enthusiasm for participation. Classic Chinese herbs such as Angelica sinensis, Astragalus membranaceus, Angelica dahurica, and Codonopsis pilosula were displayed on site. The instructors provided detailed explanations of each herb's physical characteristics, aromatic properties, and health benefits. The foreign guests observed closely, smelled and identified the herbs carefully, and actively raised their hands to answer questions about herb names, quickly mastering fundamental TCM knowledge in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Many expressed that this interactive experience made traditional culture vivid and easy to understand.

专业舞蹈老师热情邀请中外嘉宾一同学习中国舞，大家随着节奏翩翩起舞，现场欢声笑语不断。演唱环节成为全场焦点，中外嘉宾共同演唱经典歌曲，歌声与掌声交织，奏响了一曲和谐的乐章。

The professional dance instructor warmly invited guests from China and abroad to learn China dance together. Everyone danced gracefully to the rhythm, with continuous laughter and joy throughout the event. The singing segment became the highlight, as guests from both countries performed classic songs together, their voices mingling with applause to create a harmonious musical piece.

此外，外国人才们还纷纷录制了新春祝福视频，用不同的语言表达对中国、对三亚的美好祝愿，这些视频将成为永久的珍贵纪念。

In addition, foreign talents have also recorded New Year greeting videos, expressing their best wishes for China and Sanya in various languages. These videos will become permanent and precious memorabilia.

此次活动以春节节庆为纽带，通过多元丰富的文化体验与互动交流，不仅让外籍人才深入领略了中国传统文化的深厚底蕴，更搭建起中外文化双向沟通的桥梁，营造了包容互鉴的跨文化氛围。下一步，三亚市外国专家局将持续深化国际人才服务保障工作，举办更多形式多样的文化交流活动，不断增强外籍人才的归属感与幸福感，凝聚全球智慧助力三亚高质量发展，打造更具吸引力的国际人才集聚高地。（文/陈必勋 图/皮进宇）
