芳菲四月，黎乡欢歌。2026 年 4 月 19 日，海南 “三月三” 白沙分会场汇才赋能系列活动盛大启幕。我们精心组织6 名国际人才代表赴白沙参与盛会，与本土人才、候鸟人才、黎苗同胞欢聚一堂，沉浸式体验民族文化、深度对接人才政策、共商合作发展，以开放交流之姿，架起国际人才与白沙、与海南自贸港的连心桥。

In the fragrant month of April, Li ethnic communities celebrated with joyful songs. On April 19,2026, the "March 3rd" Baisha Sub-venue Talent Empowerment Series event in Hainan commenced grandly. We meticulously organized six international talent representatives to attend the gathering in Baisha, where they reunited with local talents, migrant workers, and Li and Miao compatriots. Participants immersed themselves in the local culture, engaged deeply with talent policies, and discussed collaborative development opportunities, fostering open exchanges that built a bridge connecting international talents with Baisha and the Hainan Free Trade Port.

活动当天，国际人才一行先后参与双招双引政策推介、人才集市、人才方阵巡游、长桌宴融情交流等系列活动，全方位感受白沙引才诚意、文化魅力与发展活力。

On the event day, the international delegation participated in a series of activities including the promotion of the "Dual Recruitment and Dual Attraction" policy, a talent fair, a talent parade, and a long-table banquet for cultural exchange, gaining a comprehensive appreciation of Baisha's sincerity in attracting talent, its cultural appeal, and its dynamic development.

在双招双引联合推介会上，国际人才认真聆听白沙人才引进、培养、服务保障等政策解读，详细了解 “人才礼遇卡”、人才福利、职称评审、子女教育、医疗保障等惠才措施，就国际人才在白沙就业创业、生活安居等问题现场咨询交流，进一步明晰在琼发展路径，真切感受白沙从 “纸面” 到 “心间” 的暖心服务。

At the joint recruitment and talent introduction promotion event, international talents attentively listened to explanations of Baisha's policies on talent recruitment, cultivation, and support services. They gained detailed insights into incentive measures such as the "Talent Incentive Card," talent benefits, professional title evaluation, children's education, and medical coverage. They also engaged in on-site consultations regarding employment, entrepreneurship, and living conditions in Baisha, further clarifying their development pathways in Hainan and genuinely experiencing the city's warm, hands-on services that extend beyond mere policies.

热闹的人才集市中，国际人才驻足政策宣讲区、候鸟人才公益义卖区、岗位推介区，与工作人员、群众亲切互动，了解就业岗位、公益项目与便民服务，沉浸式感受白沙人才服务的温度与热度。义卖区内琳琅满目的手工艺品、书画作品，以及用于公益帮扶的暖心举措，让国际人才频频点赞。

At the bustling talent fair, international professionals visited the policy briefing zone, the charity sale area for migrant talents, and the job placement section, engaging warmly with staff and visitors to learn about employment opportunities, public welfare initiatives, and community services, experiencing firsthand the warmth and dedication of Baisha's talent support program. The charity sale featured a diverse array of handicrafts, calligraphy and painting works, along with compassionate initiatives aimed at providing assistance, earning frequent praise from international attendees.

文化巡游现场，由国际人才、本土人才、候鸟人才、黎族医药协会传承人共同组成的 “人才方阵” 成为亮眼风景线。国际人才身着特色民族服饰，与大家一同手持 “聚才兴白沙，共建自贸港” 标语牌，伴着欢快的民族乐曲行进，与沿途黎苗群众挥手互动，充分展现国际人才融入海南、扎根自贸港的积极姿态，呈现人才与民族文化交融共生的生动画面。

At the cultural parade venue, the "Talent Formation" —International Talent, local talents, migrant talents, and inheritors of the Li Ethnic Medicine Association—stood out as a striking highlight. Dressed in distinctive ethnic attire, the international talents marched alongside participants holding placards bearing the slogan "Gathering Talents to Revitalize Baisha, Jointly Building the Free Trade Port." Accompanied by cheerful ethnic music, they waved and interacted with Li and Miao communities along the route, vividly demonstrating their proactive integration into Hainan and their commitment to taking root in the Free Trade Port, while showcasing a dynamic scene of harmonious coexistence between talents and ethnic culture.

当晚，黎苗特色长桌宴温情开席。国际人才与各方人才代表围坐一堂，品尝三色饭、山兰酒等民族美食，欣赏民俗表演，畅谈在琼工作生活感受与发展愿景。大家在欢声笑语中加深了解、增进情谊，归属感与认同感持续提升，进一步坚定了投身海南自贸港建设的信心。

That evening, the distinctive Li and Miao long-table banquet commenced with warmth. Representatives of international talents and professionals from various fields gathered together to savor ethnic delicacies such as three-color rice and Shanlan liquor, enjoy folk performances, and share their experiences and development aspirations regarding work and life in Hainan. Amid laughter and camaraderie, participants deepened their understanding, strengthened their bonds, and enhanced their sense of belonging and identity, further solidifying their commitment to contributing to the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
