International Women Gather in Qiongzhong: Empowering Diversity to Showcase New Potential
3月8日，在海口市科学技术和工业信息化局（海口市外国专家局）和琼中黎族苗族自治县委组织部共同指导下，由海口国际人才之家和海口市龙华区辅安“候鸟”人才工作站承办的“才遇琼中·共绘新章”国际人才“三八”妇女节交流活动在琼中黎族苗族自治县成功举办。此次活动旨在庆祝国际妇女节，搭建国际人才与本土人才的交流平台，推动文化交流与地方经济发展。
On March 8, under the joint guidance of Haikou Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry (Haikou Foreign Experts Bureau) and the Organization Department of Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous County Committee, Haikou International Talent Home and Fuan "Migratory Bird" Talent Workstation of Haikou Longhua District successfully held the "Talent Meets Qiongzhong: Writing a New Chapter Together" international exchange event to celebrate International Women's Day. The event aimed to celebrate women's contributions, build a communication platform between international and local talents, and promote cultural exchange and local economic development.
活动吸引了约30名在琼外籍女性专家、工作者和创业者以及女性“候鸟”人才代表参加。上午8点，嘉宾们从海口国际人才之家出发，前往琼中奥雅特色民族服饰基地。在此，参与者深入了解黎苗民族服饰文化，感受其独特魅力，促进了中西文化的交流与融合。
The event attracted about 30 foreign female experts, workers, entrepreneurs and representatives of "migratory bird" female talents living in Qiongzhong. At 8 am, the guests departed from the Haikou International Talent Home to visit the Qiongzhong Aoya Ethnic Costume Base, where the participants gained an in-depth understanding of the Li and Miao ethnic costume culture, experienced its unique charm, and promoted the exchange and integration of Eastern and Western cultures.
随后，大家前往琼中百花岭热带雨林文化公园，参观了景区并体验了丰富多彩的团体活动。活动期间，参与者们积极互动，分享经验，增进了彼此之间的了解与友谊。此外，活动还邀请了外籍网红艾美丽在百花岭景区演唱，展示了琼中的自然与人文之美。
Participants then visited the Baihua Ridge Tropical Rainforest Cultural Park in Qiongzhong, where they toured the scenic area and participated in a variety of group activities. Throughout the event, participants actively interacted, shared experiences and deepened their understanding and friendships. The event also featured a performance by foreign internet influencer Emilie at the Baihua Ridge Scenic Area, showcasing the natural and cultural beauty of Qiongzhong.
海口国际人才之家和辅安“候鸟”人才工作站相关负责人表示，此次活动不仅为国际女性人才提供了展示自我的平台，也为琼中黎族苗族自治县的旅游业和文化产业带来了新的发展机遇。通过此次活动，琼中百花岭热带雨林文化公园的品牌形象得到了进一步提升，吸引了更多关注。
