本次培训特邀外籍教育从业者、专业英语外教现场授课，来自东方市政务服务中心的一线窗口工作人员、乡镇便民服务大厅工作人员等70余人参加培训。培训以实用、实战、实效为原则，聚焦政务服务高频场景，围绕日常接待、业务咨询、引导指引、礼貌用语等内容展开教学，通过情景对话、现场互动、模拟演练等轻松活泼的形式，让参训人员在沉浸式语言环境中大胆开口、主动交流，有效提升英语口语表达能力与涉外沟通自信。参训人员纷纷表示，此次培训内容贴近工作、实用性强，有效弥补了日常工作中英语口语薄弱的短板，为今后更好地服务外籍人才、开展涉外接待、提升政务服务形象打下了坚实基础。

Participants unanimously praised the training's relevance and practical value, noting it effectively addressed their English proficiency gaps and laid a solid foundation for serving international talents, enhancing foreign-related interactions, and improving government service quality. This English speaking training forms a key component of Dongfang's international talent exchange program and represents a concrete step toward optimizing talent support systems and elevating governmental internationalization standards. Next, Dongfang City will continue to conduct multiple rounds of government English training programs, continuously improving the training system and enriching the curriculum content.
