为深入推进政务对外交流规范化、专业化建设，全面提升公职人员涉外沟通能力、国际服务素养与跨文化交际水平，更好适配海南自贸港对外开放、政务外事对接、国际人才服务、涉外营商环境建设等重点工作需求，5月29日晚，由中共东方市委人才发展局主办的引智东方·国际人才赋能政务服务提效能——东方市政务涉外英语口语培训顺利举办。

To further advance the standardization and professionalization of government international exchanges, comprehensively enhance public officials 'foreign communication skills, international service competence, and cross-cultural communication capabilities, and better meet key requirements such as Hainan Free Trade Port's opening-up strategy, government foreign affairs coordination, international talent services, and the development of a foreign-friendly business environment, the "Yinzhi Dongfang: International Talent Empowerment for Government Service Efficiency – Dongfang City Foreign Affairs English Oral Training" was successfully held on the evening of May 29, organized by the Talent Development Bureau of the Dongfang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China.

本次培训特邀外籍教育从业者、专业英语外教现场授课，来自市政务服务中心的一线窗口工作人员、乡镇便民服务大厅工作人员等70余人参加培训。培训以实用、实战、实效为原则，聚焦政务服务高频场景，围绕日常接待、业务咨询、引导指引、礼貌用语等内容展开教学，通过情景对话、现场互动、模拟演练等轻松活泼的形式，让参训人员在沉浸式语言环境中大胆开口、主动交流，有效提升英语口语表达能力与涉外沟通自信。参训人员纷纷表示，此次培训内容贴近工作、实用性强，有效弥补了日常工作中英语口语薄弱的短板，为今后更好地服务外籍人才、开展涉外接待、提升政务服务形象打下了坚实基础。

This training program featured on-site instruction delivered by foreign education professionals and certified English language instructors. Over 70 participants attended, including frontline staff from the municipal government service center and personnel from township public service halls. Guided by the principles of practicality, real-world applicability, and tangible outcomes, the training focused on high-frequency scenarios in government services, covering daily reception procedures, business consultations, guidance assistance, and appropriate etiquette expressions. Through engaging formats such as situational dialogues, interactive sessions, and simulated exercises, participants were encouraged to speak confidently and communicate proactively within immersive language environments, significantly enhancing their oral English proficiency and international communication confidence. Participants unanimously praised the training's relevance to their work and strong practical value, noting that it effectively addressed their weaknesses in spoken English and laid a solid foundation for better serving foreign nationals, conducting international receptions, and improving the overall image of government services.

此次政务涉外英语口语培训，是东方国际人才交流行系列活动的重要组成部分，也是东方市优化人才服务环境、提升政务国际化水平的务实举措。下一步，东方市将持续开展多期政务英语培训，不断完善培训体系、丰富培训内容，着力打造一支懂英语、善沟通、能服务的高素质政务人才队伍，以更优质的服务、更开放的姿态吸引国际人才汇聚东方，为东方高质量发展和海南自贸港建设提供有力支撑。

This government foreign affairs English oral training program is a key component of the Oriental International Talent Exchange Initiative series, as well as a concrete step by Dongfang City to optimize its talent service environment and enhance the internationalization of its governance.
