考察团一行 6 人，包含新加坡国立大学退休教授符积虎、费利克斯商务服务有限公司总经理钱成诚、缪斯新纪元贸易有限公司总经理马文思等多名外籍人才，聚焦东宝区特色产业，开展了多维度、深层次的实地调研，为当地企业锚定出海新方向。值得一提的是，钱成诚与缪斯新纪元贸易有限公司总经理马文思等外籍人才，正是在海口国际人才之家的精准帮扶下实现创业梦想并稳步发展的代表。

在花卉与农业领域，考察团首先前往荆门辰龙生态农业科技股份有限公司，深入蓝莓种植基地与花卉培育车间，详细了解东宝农业产业的标准化生产流程、品质管控体系及市场销售现状。符积虎教授结合新加坡农业科技发展经验，提出 “绿色种植技术优化 + 品牌化包装” 的发展建议，为东宝农产品提升国际竞争力提供专业思路。随后，考察团还走访湖北矮子馅饼电子商务有限公司生产基地、湖北绿成农业有限公司及牌楼镇农光互补项目，对东宝现代农业的产业链整合能力与创新模式给予高度认可，认为其具备对接非洲、东盟等海外市场的潜力。
In the field of flowers and agriculture, the inspection team first went to Jingmen Chenlong Ecological Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd., visited the blueberry planting base and flower cultivation workshop, and gained a detailed understanding of the standardized production process, quality control system, and market sales status of Dongbao Agricultural Industry. Professor Fu Jihu, based on Singapore's experience in agricultural technology development, proposed a development proposal of "green planting technology optimization+branded packaging" to provide professional ideas for Dongbao agricultural products to enhance their international competitiveness. Subsequently, the inspection team also visited the production base of Hubei AiZi Pie E-commerce Co., Ltd., Hubei Lvcheng Agriculture Co., Ltd., and Pailou Town Agricultural Photovoltaic Complementary Project, highly recognizing Dongbao Modern Agriculture's ability to integrate the industrial chain and innovative models, believing that it has the potential to connect with overseas markets such as Africa and ASEAN.
在智能家居与绿色建材领域，考察团先后走进杰普智能家居、诗尼曼家居、伊仕利智能家居、海太欧林集团等企业，实地考察产品设计、生产制造及市场应用环节。加纳籍商务顾问钱成诚、尼日利亚籍马文思结合自身在非洲市场积累的资源与经验，与企业负责人深入探讨产品适配性与合作模式。凭借海口国际人才之家此前为他们搭建的非洲市场渠道，两人详细介绍了当地消费者对智能家居产品的功能需求、价格定位及销售偏好，并提出针对性的产品优化建议，初步达成东宝智能家居产品非洲推广合作意向。双方约定后续将联合制定出海路线图，推动东宝家具产业精准对接海外市场。
In the field of smart home and green building materials, the inspection team successively visited companies such as Jiepu, SNIMAY, Easley, and Haitai Oulin Group to conduct on-site inspections of product design, production and manufacturing, and market application. Ghanaian business consultant Qian Chengcheng and Nigerian business consultant Ma Wensi combined their accumulated resources and experience in the African market to deeply explore product adaptability and cooperation models with business leaders. With the African market channel previously established for them by Haikou International Talent Community, they provided a detailed introduction to the functional requirements, price positioning, and sales preferences of local consumers for smart home products, and put forward targeted product optimization suggestions, preliminarily reaching the intention of promoting cooperation for Dongbao smart home products in Africa. Both parties have agreed to jointly develop a roadmap for going global and promote precise integration of Dongbao furniture industry with overseas markets.

9月11日下午，由海口国际人才之家组织的专业考察团圆满完成了对荆门市东宝区牌楼镇农光互补项目的实地调研工作。此次调研活动历时一整天，考察团成员深入项目现场，通过实地走访、座谈交流等多种形式，全面了解了该项目的建设运营情况及其在推动乡村振兴方面的重要作用。
On the afternoon of October 11th, the professional inspection team organized by Haikou International Talent Community successfully completed the on-site research work on the agricultural photovoltaic complementary project in Pailou Town, Dongbao District, Jingmen City. The research activity lasted for a whole day, and the team members went to the project site. Through various forms such as on-site visits and discussions, they comprehensively understood the construction and operation of the project and its important role in promoting rural revitalization.
