为破解外籍留学生留华发展困惑，解锁海南自贸港就业创业新路径，1月20日，“逐梦中国·明晰未来 外籍留学生毕业规划沙龙”在海口市龙华数字经济产业园（南海园）成功举办。活动由海口国际人才之家、海口龙华人才之家、辅安“候鸟”人才工作站、海口市龙华数字经济产业园(南海园)联合主办，海南省政协委员联系界别群众工作站（对外友好界）、海南医科大学大力支持，专为海南高校大四外籍留学生搭建全方位指导平台，助力国际人才在华逐梦远航。
To address the challenges faced by international students in developing their careers in China and explore new pathways for employment and entrepreneurship in the Hainan Free Trade Port, the "Chasing Dreams in China: Clarifying the Future – Graduation Planning Salon for International Students" was successfully held on January 20 at the Longhua Digital Economy Industrial Park (Nanhai Park) in Haikou. The event was jointly organized by the Haikou International Talent Home, Haikou Longhua Talent Home, Fu 'an Migratory Talent Workstation, and the Longhua Digital Economy Industrial Park (Nanhai Park), with strong support from the Hainan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference's Contact Workstation for Relevant Groups (Foreign Friendship Sector) and Hainan Medical University. It aimed to establish a comprehensive guidance platform specifically for fourth-year international students at Hainan universities, assisting these global talents in pursuing their dreams in China.
本次沙龙以“破解留华困惑·解锁自贸港就业创业新路径”为核心主题，凭借“双专家坐镇、全方位指导、全干货输出”的核心优势，备受留学生群体关注。活动邀请到新加坡国立大学符积虎教授，以及医学博士、心理健康咨询师Mona两位专家，从专业维度为留学生答疑解惑。
This salon, centered on the theme "Addressing Challenges for International Students in China and Unblocking New Pathways for Employment and Entrepreneurship in the Free Trade Port," has garnered significant attention from international students thanks to its key strengths of featuring two distinguished experts providing comprehensive guidance and delivering substantial practical insights. The event invited Professor Fu Jihu from the National University of Singapore and Dr. Mona, a medical doctor and mental health counselor, who addressed students' questions from a professional perspective.
符积虎教授深度梳理了留学生毕业发展的多元路径，结合海南自贸港封关政策核心要点，拆解政策机遇背后的行业发展趋势，帮留学生搭建政策认知与行业洞察的桥梁；Mona老师则从专业角度提供规划分析指导，助力留学生缓解毕业季焦虑，赋能科学决策。两位专家的分享深入浅出、干货十足，引发了现场留学生的热烈反响与积极互动。
Professor Fu Jihu provided a comprehensive analysis of the diverse career pathways for international graduates, integrating key aspects of Hainan Free Trade Port's customs closure policies to examine industry trends underlying these opportunities, thereby bridging policy understanding with sector-specific insights. Teacher Mona offered professional planning guidance to help students alleviate graduation-related anxiety and make informed decisions. Both experts delivered insightful presentations that were both accessible and highly substantive, sparking enthusiastic responses and active engagement among the attending international students.
活动现场，来自海南大学的留学生Jahan在互动环节主动发言，他表示：“我一直想留在海南创业，但对自贸港的人才扶持政策、注册流程等都不太清楚，之前还因为语言和信息差感到很焦虑。今天符教授对封关政策的解读特别细致，Mona博士也给了我很多心理疏导和决策建议，现在我不仅明确了创业的方向，还了解到该如何对接资源、申请政策支持，真的收获太大了”！
At the event, Jahan, an international student from Hainan University, took the initiative to speak during the interactive session. He said, "I've always wanted to stay in Hainan and start a business, but I wasn't very familiar with the free trade port's talent support policies or registration procedures. Previously, I also felt anxious due to language barriers and information gaps. Today, Professor Fu's explanation of the customs clearance policies was particularly detailed, and Dr. Mona provided me with valuable psychological guidance and decision-making advice. Now I not only have a clear direction for my venture but also understand how to access resources and apply for policy support—my gains have been immense!"
来自俄罗斯的留学生Mariya同样感触颇深：“毕业季以来，我一直在就业和回国之间纠结，不知道自己的专业在海南市场上有哪些机会。通过今天的活动，我了解到了留华就业的合法途径，也清楚了自贸港对人才的需求方向，还和现场的资源平台负责人交换了联系方式，这让我对留在中国发展更有信心了”。
Mariya, a student from Russia, also shared profound reflections: "Since the graduation season began, I have been struggling between seeking employment and returning to my home country, unsure of the opportunities available for my major in Hainan's job market. Through today's event, I learned about legitimate pathways for working in China, gained clarity on the talent demands of the free trade port, and exchanged contact information with representatives from local resource platforms—this has significantly boosted my confidence in pursuing a career in China."
对于即将毕业的外籍留学生来说，本次活动极具价值。参与者不仅系统地了解了留华就业创业的合法途径，消除了身份与合规方面的障碍，还获取了海南自贸港封关相关人才政策知识。更重要的是，通过专家指导和互动交流，他们明确了个人职业发展的核心方向，找到了自身优势与市场需求的契合点，并成功对接了优质的就业创业资源平台。
For graduating international students, this event proved highly valuable. Participants not only gained a comprehensive understanding of legal pathways for employment and entrepreneurship in China, overcoming identity-related and compliance challenges, but also acquired knowledge about talent policies pertaining to customs clearance procedures at the Hainan Free Trade Port. More importantly, through expert guidance and interactive discussions, they identified key directions for their career development, pinpointed alignment between their strengths and market demands, and successfully connected with high-quality employment and entrepreneurship resource platforms.
