椰风送爽，绿茵聚首。11月23日下午，海南省外国语职业学院足球场阳光明媚。随着主裁判一声哨响，一场由海南国际人才联系服务工作站、海口国际人才之家、海口国际人才之家外国专家书屋、委员联系界别群众工作站（对外友好界）、海口龙华辅安“候鸟”人才工作站联合组织，在海口国际人才足球队与文昌足球队之间热烈展开的足球友谊赛正式拉开帷幕。这是继海口国际人才足球队发布琼超联赛交流倡议后，迎来的首场与琼超参赛球队的深度对决，不仅为即将火热进行的琼超联赛预热，更以足球为桥，搭建起多元文化交流的平台。
With the refreshing breeze of coconut trees and lush green fields, the football field at Hainan Foreign Languages Vocational College was bathed in sunshine on the afternoon of November 23. At the referee's whistle, a friendly football match between Haikou International Talent Football Team and Wenchang Football Team officially commenced. The event was jointly organized by the Hainan International Talent Liaison Service Station, Haikou International Talent Home, Foreign Experts' Reading Room of Haikou International Talent Home, Committee Members 'Contact Workstation for Specific Groups (Foreign Friendship Sector), and Haikou Longhua Fu' an Migratory Talent Workstation. This marked the first in-depth encounter between Haikou International Talent Football Team and a participating team in the Qiong Super League since the team's launch of an exchange initiative, serving not only to build momentum for the upcoming league season but also to foster cultural exchange through football as a bridge.
“以足球为纽带，让来自世界各地的人才在海口找到归属感，同时向外界展现海南开放包容的体育氛围。”谈及球队建立的初衷，海口国际人才足球队队长、来自加纳的拉明很开心。这支成立于2025年3月的特殊球队，短短8个月时间里，已汇聚了20多个国家的40余名足球爱好者，他们中有在海口创业的企业家、有修飞机的工程师、高校任教的外籍教师，也有参与海南建设的技术人才，足球让这群“新海口人”凝聚在一起。
尽管组建时间不长，但海口国际人才足球队的“足迹”已遍布海南多地。成立之初，他们便主动参与社区足球公益活动，走进校园开展足球教学体验课，用热情感染着更多人。今年9月，球队还受邀参加了琼港澳台足球邀请赛，与来自香港、澳门、台湾地区的球队同场竞技，凭借顽强的拼搏精神和独特的战术风格，获得了男子成年组亚军的好成绩，也赢得了对手的尊重。截至目前，球队已组织或参与各类足球赛事及交流活动20余场，成为海南足球圈里一道独特的“国际风景线”。
"Using football as a bond, we aim to help talents from around the world find a sense of belonging in Haikou while showcasing Hainan's open and inclusive sports culture," said Ramin, captain of the Haikou International Talent Football Team from Ghana, speaking about the team's founding purpose. Established in March 2025, this unique squad has gathered over 40 football enthusiasts from more than 20 countries within just eight months. Among them are entrepreneurs starting businesses in Haikou, aircraft repair engineers, foreign university faculty members, and technical professionals contributing to Hainan's development—football has brought these' new residents of Haikou' together.
Despite its relatively short history, the Haikou International Talent Football Team has made its presence felt across multiple locations in Hainan. From its inception, the team has actively engaged in community football initiatives, visiting schools to conduct football training sessions and inspiring more people with its passion. In September this year, it was invited to participate in the Qiong-Hong Kong-Macao-Taiwan Football Invitational Tournament, competing against teams from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. Through their tenacious spirit and distinctive tactical approach, they secured second place in the men's senior category and earned respect from their opponents. To date, the team has organized or participated in over 20 football competitions and exchange events, establishing itself as a unique "international highlight" within Hainan's football scene.
此次与文昌足球队的友谊赛，源于琼超联赛开幕前的一次交流倡议。作为琼超联赛的老牌参赛球队，文昌足球队在获知海口国际人才足球队的交流倡议后，第一时间发出回应，主动邀请其前往文昌做客比赛。“我们一直很关注这支特殊的球队，他们对足球的热爱和传递的包容精神令人敬佩。”文昌足球队助理教练表示，希望通过这场友谊赛，与国际友人切磋球技，也为琼超联赛积累实战经验。
比赛当天，20余名海口国际人才足球队的主力队员悉数登场，一开场便展现出强劲的实力。上半场开场不久，凭借敏锐的嗅觉，转接队友的精准传球，一脚劲射破门，为球队首开纪录。
This friendly match against the Wenchang Football Team originated from an exchange initiative ahead of the Qiongchao League's opening. As a long-standing participant in the league, Wenchang Football Team promptly responded to the exchange proposal from the Haikou International Talent Football Team and extended a warm invitation for them to visit Wenchang for the game. "We have always followed this remarkable team closely; their passion for football and the spirit of inclusivity they embody are truly admirable," said the assistant coach of Wenchang Football Team. He added that through this friendly match, they aimed to hone their skills with international players while gaining valuable practical experience for the Qiongchao League.
On match day, all 20+ starting players of the Haikou International Talent Football Team took the field and immediately demonstrated formidable prowess. Shortly after the first half began, leveraging his keen sense of football and precise reception of a teammate's pass, he fired a powerful shot to score the opening goal for his team.
赛场之上，双方球员你来我往，攻防节奏紧凑有序。海口国际人才足球队队员展现出不俗的脚法和灵活的跑位，文昌足球队则凭借默契的团队协作和扎实的基本功稳扎稳打。经过两个多小时的精彩对决，裁判吹响的清脆哨声为这场友谊赛画上了圆满的句号。
赛场边，数十名观众的呐喊声、欢呼声此起彼伏。“第一次在现场看到有这么多外国友人踢球，他们的配合特别有观赏性。”专程赶来观赛的文昌市民符女士举着手机记录着精彩瞬间，“这样的比赛不仅好看，还能促进交流，特别有意义。”比赛间隙，双方球员还主动走到场边与观众互动，球员们用不太流利的中文向观众打招呼，引发阵阵笑声。
On the field, players from both teams exchanged attacks and defenses in a tight, well-organized rhythm. The Haikou International Talent Football Team demonstrated impressive footwork and agile movement, while the Wenchang Football Team relied on seamless teamwork and solid fundamentals to play steadily. After more than two hours of intense competition, the referee's crisp whistle brought this friendly match to a perfect conclusion.
On the sidelines of the stadium, the cheers and applause of dozens of spectators rose and fell continuously. "It's the first time I've seen so many foreign players competing on the field; their teamwork is truly spectacular," said Ms.Fu from Wenchang, who had traveled specifically to watch the match, capturing highlights with her phone. "Such games are not only entertaining but also foster cultural exchange – they're particularly meaningful." During breaks between matches, players from both teams would approach the audience to interact, greeting them in somewhat broken Chinese, which often sparked laughter.
比赛结束后，双方球员握手拥抱，互加微信，脸上都洋溢着满足的笑容。“结果不重要，重要的是我们在比赛中收获了友谊。”球队守门员苏文开心地说，这场比赛让他们对琼超联赛的水平有了更直观的认识，也期待未来能有更多这样的交流机会。
文昌队助理教练对海口国际人才足球队给予了高度评价：“他们的战术素养和拼搏精神都很棒，尤其是不同文化背景下的足球理念碰撞，给了我们很多启发。”他表示，赛后两支球队已达成共识，将建立长期交流机制，定期开展友谊赛，共同为海南足球事业的发展助力。

After the match, players from both teams shook hands, embraced, and exchanged WeChat contacts, their faces beaming with satisfaction. "The outcome isn't important; what matters is that we've forged friendships through this game," said team goalkeeper Su Wen joyfully. He added that the match gave them a clearer understanding of the Qiongchao League's competitive level and expressed hope for more such opportunities in the future.
The assistant coach of the Wenchang team highly praised the Haikou International Talent Football Team: "Their tactical proficiency and fighting spirit are outstanding, especially the clash of football philosophies from different cultural backgrounds, which has provided us with valuable insights." He noted that after the match, both teams reached a consensus to establish a long-term exchange mechanism and regularly hold friendly matches to jointly contribute to the development of Hainan's football scene.
