中新网海口2月22日电 (沈南)“在学校读书的时候我就想参加这样的创业模拟活动，但一直没机会，今年终于有机会参加了。”来自喀麦隆的艾美丽(Zobo Ongono Emilienne Charlotte)参加21日在海口国际人才之家举办的第五期外籍人才创新创业孵化班。她希望在此次培训中，学到能够解决目前创业所遇问题的办法。
China News Service, Haikou, February 22 (by Shen Nan) — "I wanted to participate in such entrepreneurial simulation activities while studying at school, but never had the opportunity until this year," said Zobo Ongono Emilienne Charlotte from Cameroon, who attended the fifth Foreign Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Program held at the Haikou International Talent Center on February 21. She hopes to gain practical solutions during the training to address common challenges faced in entrepreneurship.
据介绍，举办此次培训孵化班旨在帮助在海口地区工作、学习和生活的外籍人才提升创新创业技能，更好地适应国内创新创业环境，整合国内外资源并对接项目，使外籍人才能引得进、留得住、扎下根。当天吸引了来自缅甸、新加坡、菲律宾等国家的20多名外籍人才参与。
本次课堂导师陈铭浩介绍道，此次课程内容涵盖中国商业环境下的创业流程，包括创业意识培养、市场营销等多方面内容。课程特别聚焦人工智能时代如何利用中国先进的人工智能技术助力创业，为学员提供前沿的行业洞察和实践指导。
According to reports, this training and incubation program aims to help foreign professionals working, studying, or residing in Haikou enhance their innovation and entrepreneurship skills, better adapt to China's entrepreneurial ecosystem, leverage domestic and international resources, and facilitate project collaborations—ensuring they can be attracted, retained, and successfully establish themselves. The event drew participation from over 20 foreign experts from countries including Myanmar, Singapore, and the Philippines.
The instructor for this session, Chen Minghao, explained that the course content covers the entrepreneurial process in the China business environment, including aspects such as cultivating entrepreneurial awareness and marketing. The course particularly focuses on how to leverage China's advanced artificial intelligence technologies to support entrepreneurship in the era of AI, providing participants with cutting-edge industry insights and practical guidance.
“参加这个创业孵化班，对我而言是个很好的学习机会，能为未来在海南创业打下基础。”68岁的符积虎(Foo Check Woo)曾在新加坡国立大学任教，他对投资相关的创业方向很感兴趣，希望能在海南这片热土有所作为。
“海南自贸港的政策优势和开放环境为创业者提供了广阔的发展空间。”来自巴基斯坦的夏木(Shakeel Muhamed)是海南高校风险投资专业的博士后，他计划毕业后留在海南创业，开展国际贸易投资业务。在他看来，参加这次活动不仅是一次宝贵的学习机会，更是一个拓展人脉、了解中国市场需求的好平台。

Shakeel Muhamed from Pakistan, a postdoctoral researcher in venture capital at a Hainan university, plans to stay in Hainan after graduation to start a business focused on international trade and investment.
