海口国际人才之家外籍人才创业孵化班第3期开课
The third session of the Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Program at Haikou International Talent Home has commenced.
为帮助在海口创业发展的外籍人才提高创业技巧和能力，寻找更好创业资源，更快地适应创业环境，帮助外籍人才解决创业过程中遇到的问题，在海口市外国专家局指导下，海口国际人才之家先后为在琼外籍人才举办了两期创业孵化班并获得广泛好评。在此基础上，海口国际人才之家又迅速开启了第3期创业培训孵化班，并于4月8日下午正式开课。
To assist foreign entrepreneurs in Haikou in enhancing their entrepreneurial skills and capabilities, accessing better resources, adapting more quickly to the local business environment, and overcoming challenges encountered during their ventures, the Haikou International Talent Center, under the guidance of the Haikou Foreign Experts Bureau, has organized two entrepreneurship incubation programs for foreign professionals in the city, which received widespread acclaim. Building on this success, the center promptly launched its third entrepreneurship training and incubation program, which officially commenced on the afternoon of April 8.
本次培训孵化班由德国科特布斯大学海归硕士、海南经贸职业技术学院客座教授陈铭浩老师主讲，有10多个国家的20多名外籍创业人才参加学习。本期参训的外籍学员大部分来自海口地区，但也有个别来自三亚等海南其他县市。
This entrepreneurship training and incubation program was conducted by Mr.Chen Minghao, a returned master's graduate from the University of Kötbus in Germany and visiting professor at Hainan College of Economics and Trade Vocational Technology. Over 20 foreign entrepreneurs from more than 10 countries participated in the program. The majority of participants were from Haikou region, with a few also coming from other counties and cities in Hainan, including Sanya.
本次授课陈老师采用从趣味入手的形式为学员们深入浅出地讲解了团队建设的重要性和如何组建团队等内容，使学员们不单能学到创业理论知识，还能在不经意间地在快乐的游戏体验中掌握到创业经营的实战技能。
In this session, Professor Chen employed an engaging approach to deliver a clear and accessible explanation of the importance of team building and practical methods for forming effective teams. This enabled participants not only to acquire theoretical knowledge about entrepreneurship but also to gain hands-on business management skills through enjoyable interactive activities.
课后参加培训的外籍学员普遍反映收效良好，纷纷表示安排的课程既有趣味有能帮助大家快速掌握知识，感觉收获匪浅。今后，海口国际人才之家将继续总结前两期孵化班的实践经验，创新教学方法，抓实教学成效，使新一期创业孵化班的成效得到进一步的提高。
Foreign participants attending the post-class training program unanimously reported significant benefits, praising the courses as both engaging and effective in enabling rapid knowledge acquisition with substantial gains. Moving forward, Haikou International Talent Home will build on the practical experience from the first two incubation sessions, innovate teaching methodologies, and enhance instructional outcomes to further improve the effectiveness of the upcoming entrepreneurship incubation program.
