为帮助在海口创业发展的外籍人才提高创业技巧和能力，更好地整合资源，更快地适应创业环境，帮助外籍人才解决创业过程中遇到的问题，在海口市外国专家局指导下，海口国际人才之家举办的第三期自贸港外籍人才创业培训孵化班于6月10日进行了培训班的第八次授课，有十多名不同国家的外籍创业人才参加了学习。
To help foreign entrepreneurs in Haikou enhance their entrepreneurial skills and capabilities, better integrate resources, adapt more quickly to the local business environment, and address challenges encountered during their ventures, the third Free Trade Port Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Training and Incubation Program—organized by the Haikou International Talent Home under the guidance of the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Foreign Experts—conducted its eighth session on June 10. Over ten foreign entrepreneurs from various countries participated in the training.
在本次课上，陈老师给外籍学员们讲解了的课题是“沟通在创业中所占据的重要地位”。陈老师通过几个有趣的游戏让学员们了解到沟通在创业和企业管理中有多重要，从而明白了畅通无阻的沟通不仅让管理变得更加高效，还可以通过行之有效的沟通获取大量的信息情报来提升判断能力，从而进行正确无误的决策。陈老师在简单地进行了理论讲解后，便通过事例讲述和现场问答让理论知识变得更加生动活泼，现场的角色扮演更是让学员们加深了对知识的理解，也收到了更好的讲解效果。
In this session, Professor Chen presented the topic "The Critical Role of Communication in Entrepreneurship" to international students. Through engaging games, he demonstrated the paramount importance of communication in both entrepreneurship and business management, illustrating how seamless communication not only enhances managerial efficiency but also enables the acquisition of substantial information to improve decision-making capabilities, thereby facilitating accurate choices. Following a concise theoretical explanation, Professor Chen enriched the content with case studies and live Q&A sessions, making the concepts more vivid and interactive. The role-playing exercise further deepened students' understanding and significantly improved the learning outcomes.
