近日，海口国际人才之家、海口 “Yeah” 海口国际人才志愿服务团、海口市人民对外友好协会联合组织国际交流团队，先后走进五指山、琼中两地，以足球赛事交流为纽带，深度联动特色文旅资源，开展 “体育 ＋ 文旅” 融合国际人才交流系列活动，搭建跨区域文体合作桥梁，落地多项务实合作成果。
Recently, the Haikou International Talent Home, the Haikou "Yeah" International Talent Volunteer Service Team, and the Haikou Municipal People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries jointly organized international exchange delegations that visited Wuzhishan and Qiongzhong. Using football match exchanges as a bridge, they deeply integrated distinctive cultural and tourism resources, conducted a series of "sports + culture and tourism" integrated international talent exchange activities, established cross-regional cultural and sports cooperation frameworks, and achieved multiple concrete collaborative outcomes.
在五指山，团队受邀参与 “老州府杯” 足球邀请赛，与当地球队开展竞技交流，并实地探访毛纳村等特色景点。毛纳村保留完整黎族原生态村寨风貌，浓郁的少数民族风情、特色黎族民俗文化给团队留下深刻印象。活动期间，双方围绕体育赛事引流、民族文旅宣传、国际人才资源共享展开深度洽谈，并即将与五指山市政府签订战略合作协议，后续将依托国际人才资源，合力推广五指山黎族文旅、山地体育特色资源，拓宽对外宣传渠道。
In Wuzhishan, the team was invited to participate in the "Laozhoufu Cup" football invitational tournament, engaging in competitive exchanges with local teams and visiting distinctive sites such as Maona Village. Maona Village retains its intact original Li ethnic village landscape, and its rich ethnic minority culture along with unique Li folk traditions left a profound impression on the team. During the event, both parties held in-depth discussions on leveraging sports events for tourism promotion, promoting ethnic cultural tourism, and sharing international talent resources. A strategic cooperation agreement is set to be signed with the Wuzhishan Municipal Government, aiming to jointly leverage international talent resources to promote Wuzhishan's Li ethnic cultural tourism and mountain sports resources while expanding external outreach channels.
随后，交流团队奔赴琼中，与琼中 U18 琼超亚军队伍开展青少年足球友谊交流赛，并走进百花岭热带雨林景区沉浸式体验雨林生态文旅风光。结合琼中青少年足球青训发展现状，此外还计划在琼中落地快乐足球英语公益课堂特色项目。该课堂摒弃传统英语教学模式，围绕停球、带球、射门、赛场沟通等足球场景开展情景式英语教学，讲解赛事交流、与外籍裁判沟通等实用外语表达，针对性提升青少年球员国际交流能力，助力本地青年球员未来参与国际赛事时顺畅对外沟通。
Subsequently, the exchange team traveled to Qiongzhong to participate in a youth football friendship match against the Qiongchao U18 team, which had finished as runners-up, and visited the Baihualing Tropical Rainforest Scenic Area for an immersive experience of its ecological and cultural tourism landscape. In light of the current state of youth football training development in Qiongzhong, the team also plans to launch a distinctive "Happy Football English" public welfare program. This program departs from traditional English teaching methods by employing scenario-based instruction focused on football scenarios such as ball control, dribbling, shooting, and field communication, while covering practical foreign language skills like match interaction and communication with international referees, thereby specifically enhancing young players' international communication abilities and enabling them to communicate effectively during future participation in international competitions.
本次跨市县交流活动，将专业足球互动、本土文旅体验与国际人才服务有机结合，走出一条 “体育赛事聚人气、特色文旅塑品牌、国际人才搭平台” 的融合发展路径。一边联动五指山黎族村寨民族文旅资源达成市级战略合作，一边立足琼中青少年足球产业落地专属英语公益课堂，实现两地各有侧重、双向共赢的合作成效。
This cross-county exchange initiative seamlessly integrates professional football engagement, local cultural tourism experiences, and international talent services, forging a synergistic development model characterized by "sporting events attracting crowds, distinctive cultural tourism building brands, and international talents providing platforms." On one hand, it establishes municipal-level strategic cooperation with the ethnic cultural tourism resources of Wuzhishan's Li Ethnic Villages; on the other hand, it launches dedicated English public welfare classes tailored to Qiongzhong's youth football sector, achieving mutually beneficial collaboration with distinct focuses for both regions.
