2025 年 10 月 31 日，白沙黎族自治县青松乡中心学校的户外操场洋溢着蓬勃生机，欢呼声、笑声与足球滚动的清脆声响交织成动人的旋律。当天，我们精心策划的 “闪耀之星” 支教公益行足球启蒙训练活动在此活力开启，为乡村少年搭建起接触专业足球训练、感受运动魅力的平台。
On October 31, 2025, the outdoor playground of Qingsong Township Central School in Baisha Li Autonomous County was filled with vigorous vitality. Cheers, laughter, and the crisp sound of rolling footballs intertwined into a touching melody. On that day, the "Shining Star" public welfare football enlightenment training activity for teaching support, carefully planned by us, was vividly launched here, building a platform for rural teenagers to access professional football training and feel the charm of sports.
作为本次活动的组织者，我们始终关注乡村教育发展，尤其重视体育教育对少年成长的重要意义。考虑到青松乡中心学校体育教育资源相对薄弱，学生们缺乏系统的足球启蒙机会，特别组建了专业支教团队，旨在通过足球运动为孩子们带来技能提升与精神滋养，助力他们在运动中强健体魄、收获成长。
As the organizer of this activity,We has always paid attention to the development of rural education, and attached particular importance to the significant role of physical education in the growth of teenagers. Considering that Qingsong Township Central School is relatively weak in physical education resources and students lack systematic football enlightenment opportunities, Haikou International Talent Home specially set up a professional teaching support team. It aims to bring skill improvement and spiritual nourishment to children through football, helping them strengthen their physique and gain growth in sports.
我们选派了两位核心支教志愿者 —— 海口国际人才足球队队长拉明（Lamin）与助理教练 AJ。星期五当天，拉明和 AJ 身着属的紫色工作服，精神抖擞地出现在操场，他们以专业的形象与亲切的态度瞬间拉近了与学生们的距离，让孩子们对接下来的足球课充满期待。本次支教活动以 “绿茵逐梦・快乐成长” 为主题，围绕 “技能培养 + 规则意识 + 团队协作” 三位一体的核心目标展开，拉明和 AJ 精心设计了教学环节，从基础动作教起，用通俗易懂的语言讲解 “双脚分开与肩同宽，用脚内侧轻轻推球” 等运球要领，让每个孩子都能掌握动作规范。
We selected two core teaching support volunteers - Lamin, captain of Haikou International Talent Football Team, and AJ, assistant coach. On that Friday, Lamin and AJ appeared on the playground in high spirits, wearing the exclusive purple work clothes of us. With their professional image and kind attitude, they instantly narrowed the distance with the students, making the children full of expectations for the upcoming football class.With the theme of "Chasing Dreams on the Green Field · Growing Happily", this teaching support activity was carried out around the three-in-one core goal of "skill training + rule awareness + team cooperation". Lamin and AJ carefully designed the teaching links, starting from basic movements. They explained the essentials of dribbling such as "stand with feet shoulder-width apart and push the ball gently with the inside of the foot" in easy-to-understand language, ensuring every child could master the movement standards.
教学过程中，两位志愿者巧妙地将专业训练与趣味游戏相结合，打造了 “足球绕桩接力”“传球射门小挑战” 等互动环节。在 “足球绕桩接力” 中，学生们排成小队，踩着节奏绕过标志桩推球前进，既熟悉了运球技巧，又体会到运动的乐趣；“传球射门小挑战” 则让孩子们在瞄准球门的过程中，练习传球力度与射门角度，现场欢呼声此起彼伏。此外，拉明还在教学中穿插 “dribble（运球）”“pass（传球）”“shoot（射门）” 等英文关键词，让学生在学习足球技能的同时，间接接触英语词汇，实现 “体育 + 语言” 的双重启蒙。
During the teaching process, the two volunteers skillfully combined professional training with interesting games, creating interactive links such as "football dribbling relay around cones" and "passing and shooting challenge". In the "football dribbling relay around cones", students lined up in teams, dribbling the ball around the marker cones to move forward in rhythm. This not only helped them get familiar with dribbling skills but also made them experience the fun of sports. In the "passing and shooting challenge", children practiced the strength of passing and the angle of shooting while aiming at the goal, and cheers echoed on the scene one after another. In addition, Lamin also interspersed English keywords such as "dribble", "pass" and "shoot" in the teaching, allowing students to have indirect contact with English vocabulary while learning football skills, thus realizing the dual enlightenment of "sports + language".
随着活动推进，最激动人心的 “小组对抗赛” 正式上演。学生们分成多个小组，在绿茵场上奔跑、传球、配合，虽然动作略显生涩，但每个人都全情投入。拉明和 AJ 在场边不断呐喊助威，指导孩子们判断球的方向、互相传递配合，帮助他们在实战中提升身体协调性与团队协作能力。比赛间隙，志愿者还结合实战案例，用生动的语言讲解 “offside（越位）”“foul（犯规）” 等足球基本规则，引导学生树立遵守规则的意识，培养尊重对手、公平竞争的体育精神。
As the activity progressed, the most exciting "group competition" officially started. Students were divided into several groups, running, passing and cooperating on the green field. Although their movements were a bit awkward, everyone devoted themselves wholeheartedly. Lamin and AJ kept cheering on the sidelines, guiding the children to judge the direction of the ball and pass and cooperate with each other, helping them improve their physical coordination and team cooperation ability in actual combat. During the interval of the competition, the volunteers also explained basic football rules such as "offside" and "foul" in vivid language combined with actual combat cases, guiding students to establish the awareness of abiding by the rules and cultivating the sportsmanship of respecting opponents and competing fairly.
活动尾声，一场温馨的礼物赠送环节将现场氛围推向高潮。拉明和 AJ 为每位学生送上了精心准备的礼物：印有海口国际人才足球队 logo 的帽子，既实用又充满纪念意义，能为孩子们在运动时遮挡阳光；刻有 “闪耀之星” 字样的奖牌，是对他们积极参与、努力拼搏的肯定；而带有海口国际人才足球队全体成员签名的足球，更是承载着全体队员对乡村少年的美好期许，希望这份特殊的礼物能成为孩子们坚持足球梦想的动力！
At the end of the activity, a warm gift-giving session pushed the on-site atmosphere to a climax. Lamin and AJ presented carefully prepared gifts to each student: hats printed with the logo of Haikou International Talent Football Team, which are not only practical but also of great commemorative significance, and can shield the children from the sun when they are doing sports; medals engraved with the words "Shining Star", which are the recognition of their active participation and hard work; and footballs signed by all members of Haikou International Talent Football Team, which carry the beautiful expectations of all team members for rural teenagers. It is hoped that this special gift will become the motivation for children to persist in their football dreams!
“这是我第一次踢足球，太开心了！” 学生小欣捧着签名足球，戴着专属帽子，脸上洋溢着灿烂的笑容，“以后我想每天都踢足球，也要像教练们一样厉害！” 看着孩子们满是憧憬的眼神，拉明感慨道：“能把足球的快乐带给这些孩子，是我们最荣幸的事。希望这些小小的足球，能为他们的童年增添一抹亮色。”
"This is my first time playing football, and I'm so happy!" Xiaoxin, a student, held the signed football and wore the exclusive hat, with a bright smile on his face. "I want to play football every day in the future and be as excellent as the coaches!" Looking at the children's eyes full of longing, Lamin said with emotion: "It is our greatest honor to bring the happiness of football to these children. We hope these small footballs can add a bright color to their childhood."
此次足球支教活动，不仅填补了青松乡中心学校足球教学的空白，更在乡村少年心中种下了足球梦想的种子。未来，海口国际人才之家将继续深耕乡村体育教育领域，结合学生课时安排灵活推进后续足球训练，策划开展足球友谊赛等系列活动，用持续的行动为乡村少年搭建成长平台，助力他们在绿茵场上绽放活力、逐梦前行。
This football teaching support activity not only filled the gap in football teaching at Qingsong Township Central School but also sowed the seeds of football dreams in the hearts of rural teenagers. In the future, Haikou International Talent Home will continue to deepen its efforts in the field of rural physical education, flexibly promote follow-up football training in combination with students' class schedules, and plan and carry out a series of activities such as football friendly matches. With continuous actions, it will build a growth platform for rural teenagers and help them show their vitality and pursue their dreams on the green field.
