2025年10月31日，白沙黎族自治县青松乡中心学校的校园里洋溢着求知与活力的热潮。由海口国际人才志愿服务团、海口市辅安“候鸟”人才工作站、海南省政协对外友好界别委员联系群众工作站联合主办，海口国际人才之家外国专家书屋、白沙青松乡中心学校协办的“闪耀之星”乡村支教公益行活动在此正式启动。活动以“智力帮扶+体育赋能”为核心，通过英语兴趣课堂与足球启蒙训练双轨并行，为当地四至六年级学生带来国际化、多元化的素质教育体验，助力乡村教育高质量发展。
On October 31,2025, the campus of Qingsong Township Central School in Baisha Li Autonomous County was filled with a vibrant atmosphere of intellectual curiosity and energy. The "Shining Stars" rural teaching support public welfare initiative was officially launched here, jointly organized by the Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Team, the Haikou Fu'an "Migratory Bird" Talent Workstation, and the Hainan Provincial CPPCC Foreign Friendship Committee Member Contact Masses Workstation, with co-organization from the Foreign Experts Library at Haikou International Talent Home and Baisha Qingsong Township Central School. Centered on the approach of "intellectual assistance combined with sports empowerment," the program offers local students in grades four to six an internationalized and diversified quality education experience through dual initiatives: English interest classes and football training programs, thereby contributing to the high-quality development of rural education.
英语课堂：用世界语言讲述家乡故事，点燃学习热情
“Hello！How are you?”在青松乡中心学校的教室里，曾任新加坡国立大学教授的符积虎博士以亲切的问候开启了英语兴趣课的序幕。作为海口国际人才志愿服务团与“候鸟”人才工作站联合选派的优秀志愿者，符积虎博士结合乡村学生的认知特点，以“日常问候”与“家乡介绍”为主题，设计了情景模拟、单词卡片游戏、小组对话等互动环节，让学生在轻松氛围中突破语言障碍。
English Classroom: Telling Stories of One's Hometown in a Global Language, Igniting Learning Enthusiasm. "Hello! How are you?" Dr. Fu Jihu, former professor at the National University of Singapore, opened the English interest class with this warm greeting in the classroom of Qingsong Township Central School. As an outstanding volunteer jointly dispatched by the Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Team and the "Migratory Bird" Talent Workstation, Dr. Fu tailored his approach to the cognitive characteristics of rural students, designing interactive activities—including scenario simulations, word card games, and group dialogues—centered on themes of daily greetings and hometown introductions, enabling students to overcome language barriers in a relaxed atmosphere.
课堂上，志愿者用图片展示青松乡的山水风光与特色美食，引导学生学习“mountain（山）”“river（河）”“delicious food（美食）”等词汇，并鼓励他们用简单英文句子介绍家乡。“我家附近有高高的山，还有清清的小溪！”五年级学生小宇在志愿者的鼓励下勇敢分享，赢得全班掌声。此外，“家乡旅游推荐官”角色扮演环节让学生分组模拟向“外国游客”推荐家乡景点，不仅锻炼了口语表达能力，更激发了对家乡的热爱与自豪感。
During the class, volunteers used images to showcase the natural landscapes and local cuisine of Qingsong Township, guiding students to learn vocabulary such as "mountain," "river," and "delicious food," while encouraging them to describe their hometown in simple English sentences. Encouraged by the volunteers, fifth-grade student Xiaoyu bravely shared his experience, earning applause from the entire class. Additionally, the role-playing activity as "Hometown Tourism Ambassador" had students work in groups to recommend local attractions to "foreign tourists," which not only enhanced their oral communication skills but also fostered a deeper love and sense of pride for their hometown.
海南省政协对外友好界别委员联系群众工作站负责人表示：“语言是沟通世界的桥梁。我们希望通过国际人才与‘候鸟’专家的专业教学，让乡村学生不仅‘开口说英语’，更能‘自信讲中国故事’，为他们打开一扇看向世界的窗口。”据介绍，英语课堂将作为长效项目每月开展1-2次，后续还将围绕基础口语、英语演讲等内容持续推进，并定期赠送英文绘本、故事书等资源，充实学校阅读储备。
The head of the Contact Masses Workstation for the Foreign Friendship Committee members of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference stated: "Language is a bridge to connecting with the world. We hope that through professional teaching by international talents and' migratory bird 'experts, rural students will not only' speach English fluently 'but also' confidently tell China stories, 'opening a window for them to see the world." According to reports, the English classes will be conducted monthly once or twice as a long-term project, with subsequent efforts focusing on foundational oral skills and English public speaking. Additionally, English picture books and storybooks will be regularly provided to enrich schools' reading resources.
足球训练：绿茵场上练技能强体魄，培育团队精神
与此同时，学校操场上，来自科特迪瓦的拉明教练正带领学生进行“足球绕桩接力”游戏，欢呼声与足球滚动声此起彼伏。作为足球启蒙训练的核心环节，本次课程由海口国际人才之家外国专家书屋选派的外籍教练团队主导，结合“候鸟”体育人才的教学经验，打造“技能培养+规则意识+团队协作”三位一体的训练体系。
Football Training: Developing Skills, Building Fitness, and Fostering Team Spirit on the Green Field. Meanwhile, on the school playground, Coach Lamine from Côte d'Ivoire is leading students in a "football obstacle relay" game, with cheers and the sound of rolling balls echoing continuously. As a core component of football introductory training, this program is led by a team of foreign coaches dispatched by the Foreign Experts Library at Haikou International Talent Home, leveraging the teaching expertise of "migratory bird" sports professionals to create a comprehensive training system integrating skill development, rule awareness, and teamwork.
考虑到学生首次接触系统足球训练，教练们将基础技能与趣味游戏深度融合：“足球绕桩接力”帮助熟悉运球节奏，“传球射门小挑战”强化脚法控制，“小组对抗赛”则让学生在奔跑与配合中提升团队凝聚力。训练中，教练还穿插“dribble（运球）”“pass（传球）”“offside（越位）”等英文关键词，实现体育与语言学习的有机融合。“第一次踢足球就赢了比赛，太开心了！”学生小欣满头大汗却笑容灿烂，眼中闪烁着对运动的热爱。
Given that students were experiencing systematic football training for the first time, coaches integrated fundamental skills seamlessly with engaging games: the "Football Obstacle Relay" helped them master dribbling rhythm; the "Pass and Shot Challenge" enhanced footwork control; and the "Small Team Match" fostered team cohesion through running and coordination. During sessions, coaches also incorporated key English terms such as "dribble," "pass," and "offside," achieving a natural integration of physical exercise and language learning. "We won the match after playing football for the first time—it was incredible!" said student Xiao Xin, sweating profusely yet beaming with joy, her eyes shining with passion for sports.
海口国际人才志愿服务团负责人表示：“乡村学校体育资源相对薄弱，我们希望通过足球支教，让学生在掌握运球、停球等技能的同时，培养规则意识与协作精神，在运动中强健体魄、快乐成长。”后续，足球训练将与英语课堂同步推进，计划开展校级友谊赛、亲子足球日等活动，进一步丰富乡村体育生活。
The head of the Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Team stated: "Physical education resources in rural schools are relatively limited. Through football-based teaching initiatives, we aim to help students master skills such as dribbling and ball control while fostering a sense of rules and teamwork, thereby strengthening their physical health and promoting joyful growth through sports." 此次“闪耀之星”公益行是海口国际人才志愿服务团、海口市辅安“候鸟”人才工作站、海南省政协对外友好界别委员联系群众工作站深化“人才下沉、智力惠民”的重要实践。活动充分整合国际人才、“候鸟”专家、政协对外友好资源，通过“英语启智+体育健体”的多元模式，为乡村教育注入国际化活力。
Multi-party collaboration: Pooling talent resources to jointly advance rural education revitalization.
