举办海口国际人才志愿服务团成立一周年纪念活动

8月18日下午，由海口市科学技术和工业信息化局（海口市外国专家局）主办的“海口国际人才志愿服务团成立一周年纪念活动”圆满举行。40多位来自20多个国家的外籍人才代表参加活动。海南省科技厅（海南省外国专家局）一级调研员苏才放，海口市委组织部副部长、市委人才发展局局长王洪廷，海口市科学技术协会党组成员、副主席郎宏宇，海口市科学技术和工业信息化局（海口市外国专家局）四级调研员陈兰芳，市外事办公室二级主任科员王会林等相关单位领导出席了活动。

On the afternoon of August 18, the "Commemoration of the First Anniversary of the Establishment of Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Group" hosted by Haikou Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology, Industry and Information Technology (Haikou Foreign Experts Bureau) was successfully held. More than 40 foreign talent representatives from over 20 countries attended the event. Leaders from relevant units attended the event, including Su Caifang, First-Class Researcher of the Department of Science and Technology of Hainan Province (Hainan Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts), Wang Hongting, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of Haikou Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Talent Development Bureau, Lang Hongyu, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of Haikou Association for Science and Technology, Chen Lanfang, Haikou Bureau of Science ,Technology,Industry &IT(Haikou Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs), and Wang Huilin, Second-Class Section Member of Municipal Foreign Affairs Office.

活动伊始，海口市科学技术和工业信息化局（海口市外国专家局）相关负责人陈兰芳代表主办方致辞，对海口国际人才志愿服务团一年来的辛勤付出给予充分肯定，并指出国际人才已成为海南自贸港建设不可或缺的重要力量。希望服务团以此次活动为新起点，持续拓展服务领域、丰富服务内涵，把“海口国际人才志愿服务团”品牌擦得更亮、打得更响。

At the beginning of the event, Chen Lanfang, a relevant person in charge of Haikou Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology, Industry and Information Technology (Haikou Foreign Experts Bureau), delivered a speech on behalf of the organizer, fully affirming the hard work of Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Group over the past year, and pointing out that international talents have become an indispensable important force in the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port. It is hoped that the service group will take this event as a new starting point, continue to expand service areas, enrich service connotations, and make the brand of "Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Group" brighter and more influential.

现场播放的《海榴心路：海口国际志愿者编织的“第二故乡”情缘》主题短片，生动回顾了志愿服务团一年来深入社区、校园、基层开展80余场公益活动、服务2000余人次的众多感人瞬间。来自新加坡的符积虎、加拿大的JAN 等志愿者代表，以及曾被帮扶的社区居民代表先后发言，分享跨文化志愿服务的收获与感动。

The theme video "Hailiu's Journey: The 'Second Hometown' Bond Woven by Haikou International Volunteers" played on site vividly reviewed many touching moments of the volunteer service group carrying out more than 80 public welfare activities in communities, campuses and grassroots units and serving over 2,000 people in the past year. Volunteer representatives such as Fu Jihu from Singapore and JAN from Canada, as well as representatives of community residents who had been assisted, delivered speeches successively, sharing the gains and touches from cross-cultural volunteer services.

为表彰先进、树立典型，活动现场为15名年度优秀国际志愿者颁发荣誉证书及纪念奖牌。随后，志愿服务团全体成员合唱了“海口国际人才志愿服务团之歌”，共同庆祝志愿服务团“一周岁生日”，并在温馨融洽的氛围中开展深入交流。

To commend the advanced and set examples, 15 outstanding international volunteers of the year were awarded honorary certificates and commemorative medals at the event. Subsequently, all members of the volunteer service group sang the "Song of Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Group" to celebrate the "first birthday" of the service group, and had in-depth exchanges in a warm and harmonious atmosphere.

下一步，将以此次活动为契机，持续优化外籍人才服务体系，完善国际人才志愿服务激励机制，吸引更多国际人才投身公益、融入海口，为海南自贸港核心引领区建设贡献更大“国际力量”。

In the next step, taking this event as an opportunity, we will continue to optimize the service system for foreign talents, improve the incentive mechanism for international talent volunteer services, attract more international talents to engage in public welfare and integrate into Haikou, so as to contribute greater "international strength" to the construction of the core leading area of Hainan Free Trade Port.
