情系外籍人才 共话文化交融——走访艺术家澳锣

近日，海口市外国专家局相关领导专程上门拜访了扎根海南多年的意大利籍艺术家、文化交流使者澳锣（Eolo Tomassoni），实地了解其在琼工作生活情况，倾听发展诉求，送上暖心关怀与支持，为中外文化深度交融搭建更坚实的桥梁。

Recently, Relevant leaders from Haikou Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, visited Eolo Tomassoni, an Italian artist and cultural envoy who has lived in Hainan for years. The delegation visited him to learn about his work and life in Hainan, listened to his development needs, and extended warm care and support, aiming to build a stronger bridge for deeper cultural integration between China and foreign countries.

澳锣1967年出生于罗马艺术世家，父亲经营古典装饰和古董修复工作室，母亲打理艺术陶瓷店，自幼浸润在浓厚的艺术氛围中。凭借对东方文明的深深眷恋，他深耕中国文化领域二十余年，不仅精通中文，研习中国传统绘画与京剧，更以跨文化视角在艺术创作、文化传播、遗产保护等多个领域绽放光彩，成为中意文化交流的重要纽带。

Born in 1967 into a Roman art family, Eolo Tomassoni's father ran a classical decoration and antique restoration studio, while his mother managed an art ceramics shop. Immersed in a rich artistic atmosphere from childhood, he has dedicated over two decades to the field of China culture, not only mastering Chinese and studying traditional Chinese painting and Peking Opera, but also shining with a cross-cultural perspective in artistic creation, cultural dissemination, and heritage preservation, becoming a vital bridge for Sino-Italian cultural exchange.

走访中，澳锣详细介绍了自己的艺术实践与文化交流规划。从2003年在三亚设计经营罗马披萨店传播意式饮食文化，到2010年在意大利驻广州领事馆举办"艾欧罗与东方见面"画展；从担任海南省高校摄影家协会副会长，到促成海南大学与罗马美术学院的合作交流，他的每一步都印记着对海南的热爱与深耕。其创作的油画作品传递"技术应服务于人性而非异化人性"的哲思，参与设计的《航向·坐标》艺术装置成为城市文化地标，各类艺术活动与直播分享吸引数百万受众，让中意文化在交流中焕发新生。

During the visit, Eolo Tomassoni detailed his artistic practice and cultural exchange initiatives. His journey began in 2003 when he founded a Roman-style pizza shop in Sanya to promote Italian culinary culture, culminating in the 2010 exhibition "Auro Meets the East" at the Italian Consulate in Guangzhou. From serving as vice president of the Hainan University Photographers Association to facilitating academic collaborations between Hainan University and the Rome Academy of Fine Arts, each milestone reflects his deep-rooted passion for Hainan. His oil paintings embody the philosophy that "technique should serve humanity rather than alienate it," while his co-designed art installation "Course·Coordinate" has become a cultural landmark. Through diverse art events and live-streamed sharing, he has engaged millions of viewers, revitalizing Sino-Italian cultural exchanges.

此次走访不仅是海口优化人才服务、厚植人才发展沃土的生动实践，更让外籍人才感受到城市的温度与诚意。澳锣表示，海南的包容与活力让他坚定了扎根发展的决心，未来将继续发挥桥梁作用，引入更多国际优质文化资源，推动中外艺术交流与文化遗产保护合作，为海南自由贸易港建设注入更多文化动能。

This initiative not only demonstrates Haikou's concrete efforts to enhance talent services and cultivate a fertile ground for talent development, but also allows foreign professionals to experience the city's warmth and sincerity.Eolo Tomassoni stated that Hainan's inclusiveness and dynamism have strengthened his resolve to establish roots and grow. Moving forward, he will continue to serve as a bridge, introducing more high-quality international cultural resources, promoting Sino-foreign artistic exchanges and cultural heritage conservation cooperation, and injecting fresh cultural vitality into the development of Hainan Free Trade Port.
