东方园区人才周——国际人才东方行活动圆满举行

On May 17th, the Oriental Industrial Park Talent Week — 'International Talent Journey to Oriental' event was successfully held in Dongfang City, Hainan Province. With the goal of 'Integrating the World, Building the Future with Talent', the event invited over 30 participants including foreign talents, international business professionals, investment personnel, and Dongfang Talent Envoys. They visited key industries in Dongfang, establishing a precise对接 platform between international talents, industrial parks, and enterprises, injecting international talent momentum into the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and the high-quality development of Dongfang.
During the event, the guests visited several key industrial parks in Dongfang, including the Dongfang South Breeding Rice Seed Modern Agricultural Park, the Hunan-Hainan Jointly Built Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Park, the Dongfang Taiwanese Businessman Industrial Park, and the Dongfang Port Industrial Park. They conducted on-site research on characteristic industrial formats and relevant policies of the Free Trade Port, such as South Breeding scientific research and breeding, 30% added-value processing for export, new material R&D and application, and 'front store-back factory' enterprise operation. At the South Breeding Rice Seed Park, guests meticulously researched the full-chain layout of the seed industry and its international development path. At Hainan Huasheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd., they focused on discussing technological innovation, overseas market expansion, and industrial cooperation directions. At the Taiwanese Businessman Industrial Park, they directly experienced the 'park-in-park' model that provides customized rapid entry and development space for enterprises. The event concluded with a visit to the Fish Scale Beach Lighthouse, a landmark of Dongfang, where guests engaged in in-depth discussions and reached multiple cooperation intentions and service consensus on topics such as brand going global, channel expansion, and talent introduction and cultivation.
This event is both a practical measure by Dongfang City to actively serve the talent development strategy of the Free Trade Port and an innovative practice to deepen international talent services and broaden channels for investment promotion and talent introduction. Adhering to the principle of 'precise对接 and pragmatic efficiency', the event provided one-stop supporting services including policy interpretation, translation and legal affairs, and international services. It helped enterprises connect with high-quality overseas promotion and international cooperation resources, break down information barriers, and smooth cooperation channels, fully demonstrating Dongfang's city spirit of widely attracting talents and pursuing open-win cooperation, achieving a良性联动 of talent对接 projects, project aggregation of talents, and resource empowerment of industries.
Looking ahead, Dongfang City will continue to improve mechanisms for introducing, cultivating, retaining, and utilizing international talents, optimize the ecological environment for integrating talents and industries, and regularly hold international talent exchanges, park对接, and investment promotion activities. It aims to continuously enhance talent attractiveness, industrial competitiveness, and urban influence, contributing Dongfang's strength to Hainan's construction of an 'Island of Talent Convergence'.

活动当天，嘉宾一行先后走进东方南繁水稻制种现代农业产业园、湘琼先进制造业共建产业园、东方台商产业园、东方临港产业园，实地调研南繁科研育种、加工增值30%出口、新材料研发应用、“前店后厂”企业入驻运营等自贸港特色产业业态和相关政策。在南繁水稻制种产业园，嘉宾细致调研种业全链条布局与国际化发展路径；在海南华盛新材料科技有限公司，重点探讨技术创新、海外市场开拓及产业合作方向；在台商产业园，直观体验“园中园”模式为企业打造的快速入驻定制发展空间。活动最后，嘉宾前往东方地标鱼鳞洲灯塔参观，围绕品牌出海、渠道拓展、人才引育等议题深入座谈交流，现场达成多项合作意向与服务共识。
