海口国际人才之家成功举办国际人才自媒体技能培训课

4月6日，海口国际人才之家（海口龙华人才之家）与龙华区福安“候鸟”人才工作站合作，在龙华区滨海大道22号举办了以“短视频创作”为主题的国际人才自媒体技能培训课程。此次活动吸引了来自亚洲、非洲、欧洲和美洲各国的40余名国际人才参与，为他们提供了学习视频制作技能、提升自媒体能力的重要平台。

On April 6, Haikou International Talent Home (Haikou Longhua Talent Home), in collaboration with Fuan "Migratory Bird" Talent Workstation in Longhua District, held an international talent self-media skills training course focusing on "Short Video Creation" at 22 Binhai Avenue, Longhua District. The event attracted more than 40 international talents from various countries in Asia, Africa, Europe and America, providing them with a valuable platform to learn video creation skills and improve their self-media skills.

本次培训采用“理论与实践相结合”的教学模式，系统涵盖了基础视频拍摄与剪辑技术。课程内容包括镜头表现力的理论知识、摄影设备使用技巧、后期制作编辑与色彩校正技术，并设有实际拍摄与剪辑实践环节。培训旨在帮助学员掌握短视频制作的核心技能，激发其创作潜力，为海口作为国际人才中心的发展注入新的活力。

The training featured a "theory and practice combined" approach, covering basic video shooting and editing techniques. Course content included theoretical knowledge on the expressiveness of shots, the use of photographic equipment and post-production editing and colour grading, as well as practical shooting and editing sessions. The training aimed to help participants master the core skills of short video production, stimulate their creative potential and inject new vitality into Haikou's development as an international talent hub.

著名短片导演、制片人兼艺术顾问施伟——这位来自龙华区的“候鸟型”人才——受邀担任主讲嘉宾。施伟的作品曾入围戛纳电影节短片单元，并荣获多项奖项，包括山东省旅游局短片奖、第37届北京电影节短片奖以及海南新浪潮青年影像展大奖。凭借丰富的创作经验，他为参与者提供了深入浅出的讲解，并采用互动式教学方法及现场指导，帮助大家快速掌握视频制作的核心技巧。

Renowned short film director, producer and art consultant Shi Wei, a "migratory bird" talent from Longhua District, was invited as the keynote speaker. Shi Wei's works have been nominated for the Short Film Corner at the Cannes Film Festival and he has won several awards, including the Shandong Provincial Tourism Bureau Short Film Award, the 37th Beijing Film Festival Short Film Award and the Hainan New Wave Youth Image Exhibition. Drawing on his extensive creative experience, he provided insightful explanations and used interactive teaching methods and on-the-spot guidance to help participants quickly grasp key video creation techniques.

海口国际人才之家的一位代表表示，此次培训是一项专为国际人才量身定制的技能提升活动，旨在帮助他们更好地融入海口的国际化发展环境，同时为该市的文化传播和短视频制作领域注入多元视角与创新活力。未来，海口国际人才之家将继续举办类似活动，为国际人才提供更多学习与交流机会。
