10月15日下午，由海口国际人才之家组织的外籍人才跨境电商企业走访交流活动顺利开展。来自海南的外籍人才、留学生及有意向的国际合作伙伴走进博芮汐出海服务中心，通过实地参观、业务介绍与面对面交流，深入了解跨境电商及品牌出海服务模式，探索项目合作与职业发展新机遇。

On the afternoon of October 15, a visit and exchange activity for foreign talent-owned cross-border e-commerce enterprises, organized by the Haikou International Talent Home, was successfully carried out. Foreign talents, international students, and prospective international partners from Hainan visited the Boruixi Overseas Service Center, where they conducted on-site tours, learned about business operations, and engaged in face-to-face discussions. Through these activities, they gained a deeper understanding of cross-border e-commerce and brand globalization service models, while exploring new opportunities for project collaboration and professional development.

活动围绕项目交流与合作机遇对接展开。参与人员实地了解企业业务场景，并就跨境直播带货、产品推广、实习实践及项目合作等内容进行交流。在完成企业业务介绍与交流后，现场还安排了产品体验与短视频创作实践环节，邀请外籍人才从企业推广的产品中自主选择一款产品，尝试拍摄短视频，介绍产品特点与优势，并探索通过TikTok等海外社交媒体平台进行宣传推广。

此次实践将企业参访、产品认知与短视频内容创作相结合，让参与者在实际操作中进一步了解跨境电商的产品推广方式、海外社交媒体传播特点及品牌出海的基本流程。同时，也鼓励外籍人才发挥自身语言优势、文化背景及对不同市场的理解，通过多元化的内容表达，帮助企业更好地展示产品、拓展海外受众，探索国际化营销与跨境合作的新路径。

The activity focused on facilitating opportunities for project exchange and cooperation. Participants gained firsthand insight into the enterprise's business scenarios and engaged in discussions regarding cross-border live-stream e-commerce, product promotion, internship practices, and project collaborations. Following the business presentation and exchange session, the event also included product experience sessions and short-video creation workshops. Foreign professionals were invited to select one product from the enterprise's offerings, attempt to create short videos showcasing the product's features and advantages, and explore promotional strategies via overseas social media platforms such as TikTok. This practical exercise integrated corporate visits, product knowledge acquisition, and short-video content creation, enabling participants to gain practical understanding of cross-border e-commerce product promotion tactics, the characteristics of overseas social media communication, and the fundamental processes of brand globalization. Simultaneously, the activity encouraged foreign professionals to leverage their linguistic strengths, cultural backgrounds, and insights into diverse markets to employ diversified content expressions. This approach helped enterprises better showcase their products, expand their overseas audiences, and explore new pathways for international marketing and cross-border cooperation.
