On December 11, 2025, China Central Television, together with the Hainan Provincial Integrated Media Center, Haikou City Integrated Media Center, and several other media outlets, visited the Haikou International Talents Community for an interview. The main focus of this report was foreign entrepreneurs, recommended by the Haikou International Talent Home, who have achieved outstanding results in the economic development of the Free Trade Port.

1. 西皮兰·拉米雷斯·胡安（秘鲁籍）
其母语为西班牙语，现居海南。他分享了对于海南国际化环境、教育资源以及外籍人士发展生态的切身感受，并解析了外籍学子选择海南的动因。
1. Sipiran Ramirez Juan (Peruvian)
A native Spanish speaker currently living in Hainan, he shared his personal experiences and insights regarding Hainan’s international environment, educational resources, and the development ecosystem for foreign talents, and analyzed the reasons why international students choose Hainan.
2. Jan Krekes（加拿大籍，中文名：杰）
杰来自加拿大，已在海南生活近七年。杰是海口一家国际贸易公司的管理者，主要从斯洛伐克进口矿泉水和果汁饮品，同时也致力于推介海南的商机。他通过社交媒体分享在海南的生活、旅行及创业体验，已成为海南国际形象传播的重要代表之一。
2. Jan Krekes (Canadian, Chinese name: Jie)
Originally from Canada, Jan has lived in Hainan for nearly seven years. He manages an international trade company in Haikou that mainly imports mineral water and fruit juice beverages from Slovakia, while also actively promoting business opportunities in Hainan. By sharing his life, travels, and entrepreneurial experiences in Hainan through social media, he has become one of the important representatives promoting Hainan’s international image.
3. Abel Jacob Chu Lu（赞比亚籍）
他是“海口国际人才足球队”队长。亚伯分享了参与体育活动、融入海南国际社区的体验，特别提到了人才之家提供的支持以及海南对外籍人士的包容度，这帮助他更快适应了当地生活。
3. Abel Jacob Chu Lu (Zambian)
As the captain of the Captain of the “Haikou International Talents Home Football Team.”Foreign Talent Football Team,” Abel shared his experiences of participating in sports activities and integrating into Hainan’s international community. He particularly highlighted the support provided by the Talent Home and Hainan’s inclusive attitude toward foreign nationals, which helped him adapt more quickly to local life.
4.Kelly Abasiofiok Anyane（尼日利亚籍）
他与亚伯共同作为海口国际人才足球队成员接受采访。肯利阐述了自己选择海南的原因，并谈及人才之家在生活指导、文化适应和活动组织等方面提供的支持，这些服务让外籍学子更顺畅地融入了当地社会。
4. Kelly Abasiofiok Anyane (Nigerian)
Together with Abel, Kelly was interviewed as a member of the“Haikou International Talents Home Football Team.” He explained his reasons for choosing Hainan and discussed the support provided by the Talent Home in terms of daily life guidance, cultural adaptation, and activity organization, which has enabled foreign students to integrate more smoothly into local society.

All interviewees emphasized that this interview was a valuable opportunity to present their authentic experiences of entrepreneurship, work, and life in Hainan to the public, allowing more people to learn about their stories.

采访过程中，媒体通过对话、问答及与外籍人才直接互动，重点探讨了这些人选择海南的核心原因、在琼创业与职业发展的机遇、在海南工作生活的便利性与安全感，以及个人在融入社会和适应文化方面的具体感受。这些对话不仅传递了外籍人才的真实声音，也展现了他们在海南自贸港实现个人发展的潜力与成果。
During the interviews, the media explored, through dialogue, Q&A sessions, and direct interaction with foreign talents, the core reasons for choosing Hainan, opportunities for entrepreneurship and career development, the convenience and sense of security of working and living in Hainan, as well as personal experiences of social integration and cultural adaptation. These conversations not only conveyed the authentic voices of foreign talents but also showcased their potential and achievements in pursuing personal development within the Hainan Free Trade Port.

此次采访通过外籍人才的视角，生动呈现了海南的人文魅力、创业机遇及国际化发展环境。海口国际人才之家作为引荐平台，助力他们向媒体讲述自身故事，促进了国际文化交流，也体现了海南汇聚全球英才、提升城市国际化水平的努力。随着海南自贸港建设的持续推进和服务体系的不断完善，预计未来将有更多国际人才汇聚海南，投身于创新与发展，共同谱写合作共赢的新篇章。
From the perspective of foreign talents, this interview vividly presented Hainan’s cultural appeal, entrepreneurial opportunities, and internationalized development environment. As a referral platform, Haikou International Talents Community helped these individuals share their stories with the media, promoting international cultural exchange and reflecting Hainan’s efforts to attract global talent and enhance its level of internationalization. With the continuous advancement of the Hainan Free Trade Port and the ongoing improvement of its service systems, it is expected that more international talents will gather in Hainan in the future, devote themselves to innovation and development, and jointly write a new chapter of win-win cooperation.
