5月13日下午，海口国际人才之家开展了第三期海南自贸港外籍人才创业培训孵化班第4次授课，有十多名不同国家的外籍创业人才参加了本次学习。
On the afternoon of May 13, Haikou International Talent Center conducted the fourth session of the third entrepreneurship training and incubation program for foreign talents in Hainan Free Trade Port, with over ten entrepreneurs from various countries participating.
本次授课的主讲老师陈铭浩是海南省知名创业导师，他早年曾留学德国，归国后从事培训和创业指导十多年，有丰富的教学经验，本次授课的主题是创业沙盘实战模拟推演，是对前段时间学习效果的一次实践性检验。沙盘模拟的推演过程十分接近企业实战，演练中遇到的问题正是企业经营中经常出现的各种典型问题，要求我们必须共同去发现机遇，分析问题，制定决策，组织实施。通过帽子制作厂运营的沙盘模拟推演让学员们身临其境地感受到市场竞争的精彩与残酷，体验承担经营风险与责任。使学员在成功与失败的体验中，学习和体会管理知识的运用，掌握企业管理技巧，领悟企业管理的实质和真谛；同时在推演中，通过角色扮演，突出个体之间的沟通与理解，体验团队协作精神，从而全面提高学员经营管理的素质与能力。
The keynote speaker for this session, Chen Minghao, is a renowned entrepreneurship mentor in Hainan Province. Having studied abroad in Germany earlier, he has dedicated over a decade to training and entrepreneurial guidance, accumulating extensive teaching experience. The course focuses on practical business simulation exercises using a management sandbox, serving as a hands-on assessment of recent learning outcomes. The simulation process closely mirrors real-world corporate operations, addressing common challenges encountered in business management—requiring participants to collectively identify opportunities, analyze issues, make decisions, and implement strategies. Through the management sandbox exercise conducted at a hat manufacturing plant, participants gained immersive insights into the dynamics of market competition and the realities of operational risks and responsibilities. This experience enabled them to apply management principles, master business management techniques, and grasp the essence of corporate leadership through both successes and failures. Additionally, role-playing activities emphasized interpersonal communication and teamwork, comprehensively enhancing participants' managerial competencies.
自第三期海南自贸港创业孵化班开办后，通过精准定制的个性化课程内容设计和系统高效的创业培训孵化，使参加学习的外籍人才不单学习到大量的创业理论知识，还不经意间在快乐的游戏体验中掌握到创业经营的实战技能。往后，孵化班会进一步注重课程内容的挑选设置，使学员学到更多的创业知识和技能，更快更好地提升自己的能力，为自贸港培养出更多更好更实用的创业人才，为自贸港经济建设建设贡献力量。
Since the launch of the third Hainan Free Trade Port Entrepreneurship Incubation Program, through precisely tailored curriculum design and systematic, efficient entrepreneurial training, participating foreign professionals have not only acquired extensive theoretical knowledge about entrepreneurship but also effortlessly developed practical business management skills through engaging interactive sessions. Moving forward, the program will further refine its course content selection to equip participants with more comprehensive entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, enabling them to enhance their capabilities more rapidly and effectively. This initiative aims to cultivate a greater number of high-quality, practical entrepreneurs for the Free Trade Port and contribute significantly to its economic development.
