2023年7月3日晚上，第三期自贸港外籍人才创业孵化班结业典礼在海口国际人才之家举行。本期孵化班来自英国、蒙古、俄罗斯等10多个国家的20多名外籍人才参加为期3个月学习后终于圆满结业，有40多位各种肤色的嘉宾出席了本场典礼仪式。
On the evening of July 3, 2023, the closing ceremony for the third Free Trade Port Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Program was held at the Haikou International Talent Center. Over 20 foreign talents from more than 10 countries, including the United Kingdom, Mongolia, and Russia, successfully completed the three-month program. The ceremony was attended by over 40 guests of diverse backgrounds.
活动中，参会的中外人才对此次举办的外籍人才孵化班给予了高度评价，认为其对于提高学员创新创业技巧和能力，帮助其更快地适应创业环境，解决创业过程中遇到的问题很有意义，是值得称赞和推广的创新之举。海口国际人才之家运营方负责人表示，我们会继续加大做好外籍人才孵化培训和服务工作，为早日实现高质量建设海南自贸港目标贡献力量。来自英国的Adam Taylor代表学员发表了自己的培训心得体会。他表示，本次创业培训内容丰富、授课形式灵活多样，表示通过互动式教学、模拟商战实战的演练，同学们学到了许多创业的相关知识，对创业有了一个全新的认识，也让自己有了奋斗的目标，对以后的工作和生活更加充满了期待。
During the event, participating Chinese and international professionals highly praised the foreign talent incubation program, noting its significant value in enhancing participants' innovation and entrepreneurship skills, facilitating their quicker adaptation to the startup ecosystem, and addressing challenges encountered during business ventures—a commendable and innovative initiative worthy of promotion. The head of Haikou International Talent Home stated, "We will continue to strengthen our incubation training and support services for foreign talents, contributing to the timely achievement of high-quality development goals for the Hainan Free Trade Port." Adam Taylor from the UK shared his insights as a representative participant: "The entrepreneurship training featured comprehensive content and flexible teaching methods. Through interactive sessions and simulated business simulation exercises, participants gained substantial entrepreneurial knowledge, developed a renewed perspective on entrepreneurship, established clear career objectives, and now look forward to their future work and lives with greater anticipation."
活动结束时，运营方负责人给每位学员颁发了结业证书，还为推选出的6名表现优异的学员颁发了“优秀学员”荣誉证书。并为每位学员赠送了中国书画院院士、海南省诗书画家学会会长蔡凯玲老师现场创作的国画作品。
At the conclusion of the event, the head of the organizing committee presented graduation certificates to all participants and awarded honorary "Outstanding Student" certificates to six top-performing participants. Each participant was also gifted a traditional Chinese painting created on-site by Ms.Cai Kailing, an academician of the China Academy of Calligraphy and Painting and president of the Hainan Provincial Society of Poets, Calligraphers, and Painters.
据悉，海口国际人才之家自贸港外籍人才创业孵化班自2021年11月开班以来，至今已举办了三期，完成室内课程授课30次，配套户外实践活动15次，孵化指导外籍人才100多人次。
It is reported that since its launch in November 2021, the Haikou International Talent Home Free Trade Port Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Program has conducted three sessions to date, delivering 30 indoor courses and 15 outdoor practical activities, while providing incubation guidance to over 100 foreign talents.
