2025年2月28日，在海南自由贸易港建设的大背景下，海口国际人才之家迎来了第五届外国人才创业孵化计划的首届培训班。来自亚洲、欧洲、美洲和非洲等各地的20余名外国人才齐聚一堂，共同开启他们的创业征程。
On February 28, 2025, against the backdrop of the development of Hainan Free Trade Port, Haikou International Talent Home welcomed the first class of the fifth Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Programme. More than 20 foreign talents from various regions, including Asia, Europe, America and Africa, joined the class to embark on their entrepreneurial journey.
当天下午5点，学员们齐聚海口国际人才之家，品尝了项目协调员皮金玉精心准备的当地特色美食。晚宴期间，参与者们积极互动，分享各自的文化背景与创业经历，这不仅增进了彼此的理解与信任，也为后续的学习营造了良好的氛围。
At 5pm that day, the class members gathered at the Haikou International Talent Home and enjoyed a selection of local delicacies prepared by the programme coordinator, Pi Jinyu. During the dinner, the participants actively interacted, sharing their cultural backgrounds and entrepreneurial experiences. This fostered mutual understanding and trust, creating a positive atmosphere for the learning to come.
课程于下午6点准时开始，教师凭借其丰富的经验，为适应中国创业环境的特点设计了一门模拟课程。参与者们掌握了创业历程的基本框架，选举了班级负责人并成立了班级委员会，共同制定了强调相互支持与团结协作的规则。通过题为《国王与天使》的案例研究，参与者更深入地理解了团队建设在创业过程中的重要性，并学会了如何有效沟通与协作。
The course began promptly at 6pm, with the teacher drawing on his extensive experience to deliver a simulation course tailored to the Chinese entrepreneurial environment. Participants learned the basic framework of the entrepreneurial journey, elected a class leader and formed a class committee to establish rules that emphasized mutual support and sharing of love. Through a case study entitled "The King and the Angel", participants gained a deeper understanding of the importance of team building in the entrepreneurial process and learned how to communicate and collaborate effectively.
课程结束后，参与者表示课程内容引人入胜、实用性强，且与他们的实际需求高度契合。他们指出，此次培训不仅提升了自身的业务能力，也增强了他们在进入中国市场时的信心。他们期待在未来的课程中获得更多实用知识。
After the class, participants commented that the course content was engaging, practical and highly relevant to their needs. They noted that the training had not only improved their business skills, but also boosted their confidence in integrating into the Chinese market. They look forward to gaining more practical knowledge in future sessions.
