2026年1月21日下午2:00，由海口国际人才之家、海南皇马集团联合主办的第六期外籍人才创业孵化班第四赛道——直播创业孵化实战班，在海南皇马假日大酒店正式启动。本次开班吸引了十余位来自不同国家的外籍人才参与，学员们于下午2:30前完成报到，在授课老师的细致讲解下，初步熟悉了课程体系与学习场地。本次孵化班将会组织外籍人才参与一个名为“海口真好玩”系列文旅宣传项目，学员通过亲身体验海口吃住游行娱购全流程采用中英双语直播和视频录制，旨在通过外籍人士直播助力海口文旅宣传，同时帮助怀揣创业梦想、关注中国市场的外籍人才对接本地龙头企业与优质资源，实现合作盈利，抢抓海南自贸港封关运作的发展红利。
At 2:00 PM on January 21, 2026, the fourth track of the sixth session of the Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Class—Live Streaming Entrepreneurship Incubation Practical Class—co-hosted by Haikou International Talent Home and Hainan Real Madrid Group, officially kicked off at Hainan Real Madrid Holiday Hotel. This opening session attracted more than ten foreign talents from different countries. The participants completed their registration before 2:30 PM and, under the detailed explanations of the instructors, gained an initial understanding of the course system and learning venue. This incubation class will organize foreign talents to participate in a cultural and tourism promotion project named \"Haikou is Really Fun.\" Through personally experiencing the entire process of dining, accommodation, sightseeing, transportation, entertainment, and shopping in Haikou, the trainees will conduct live streaming and video recording in both Chinese and English. The aim is to assist Haikou's cultural and tourism promotion through live streaming by foreign individuals, while helping foreign talents with entrepreneurial aspirations and a focus on the Chinese market to connect with local leading enterprises and high-quality resources, achieve cooperative profitability, and seize the development opportunities brought by the closure and operation of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
在海南皇马假日大酒店内，学员们首先实地参观了用餐区域与住宿场地。为让外籍人才拥有舒心的学习体验，本期孵化班特别提供全程免费的全方位食宿保障，每月食宿均有明确安排，不仅包含一日三餐，配套宿舍更是设施齐全，还贴心配备了自助洗衣房、健身房等休闲生活设施，全力为学员营造便捷、舒适的学习生活环境。
Inside the Hainan Royal Madrid Holiday Hotel, the trainees first visited the dining areas and accommodation facilities on-site. To ensure foreign talents have a comfortable learning experience, this incubation program has specially provided comprehensive free food and lodging throughout the entire period. Monthly arrangements for food and accommodation are clearly defined, which not only include three meals a day but also feature fully equipped dormitories. Additionally, convenient self-service laundries, fitness centers and other leisure facilities are thoughtfully provided to create a convenient, comfortable learning and living environment for the trainees.
紧接着，学员们前往配套直播间实地参观，在授课老师的详细讲解下，大家脸上满是兴奋，对后续的直播创业课程充满憧憬。本次课程采用“理论+实践”的培训模式，全程以中文授课。考虑到外籍学员中文水平有限，理论课阶段特意延长至3天，由专业老师授课，内容涵盖直播技巧、视频拍摄、上镜表演、粉丝集聚方法等核心知识；理论课后将进入实战阶段，授课团队将带领学员前往皇马旗下酒店、本地特色老爸茶店、海口各知名景点等多元场景，开展视频拍摄、合集录制、推广宣传及直播实操，全方位锻炼学员的场景应用能力。
Shortly after, the participants visited the supporting live streaming studios on site. With the detailed explanations from the instructors, everyone was brimming with excitement and full of anticipation for the subsequent live streaming entrepreneurship courses. This course adopts a training mode of "theory + practice" and is taught in Chinese throughout. Considering the limited Chinese proficiency of foreign students, the theoretical course stage has been specially extended to 3 days, taught by professional teachers, covering core knowledge such as live streaming skills, video shooting, on-camera performance, and fan gathering methods. After the theoretical course, participants will enter the practical stage. The teaching team will lead the students to various scenarios such as Huangma's affiliated hotels, local characteristic Laoba tea shops, and various well-known scenic spots in Haikou to carry out video shooting, compilation recording, promotion and live streaming practice, comprehensively training the students' scenario application ability.
值得一提的是，本次培训前3天为观察筛选期，皇马假日大酒店将安排运营经理全程跟进，结合学员个人特长（如搞笑、文化交流、美食推荐、体育相关等）进行精准角色定位，助力学员发挥优势。同时，项目采用滚动开班模式，避免资源浪费，确保培训质量。在账号运营方面，将由皇马为学员在抖音注册账号，采用“公司号+个人号”联合运营模式，双方共同负责内容策划与推广，始终聚焦海口文旅宣传主线。
It is worth mentioning that the first 3 days of this training are an observation and selection period. Huangma Holiday Hotel will arrange an operation manager to follow up throughout the process, and conduct precise role positioning based on the students' personal strengths (such as comedy, cultural exchange, food recommendation, sports-related, etc.) to help students give full play to their advantages. At the same time, the project adopts a rolling class opening mode to avoid resource waste and ensure training quality. In terms of account operation, Huangma will register Douyin accounts for students, adopting a joint operation mode of "company account + personal account". Both parties will be jointly responsible for content planning and promotion, always focusing on the main line of Haikou's cultural and tourism promotion.
