As a vital component of the Haikou International Talent Hubs foreign talent service system, this live-streaming workshop zeroes in on the booming live-streaming entrepreneurship sector. It tackles real-world challenges faced by expatriates starting businesses in China through structured, ongoing training. The program equips international participants with core live-streaming operational skills, bridges their entrepreneurial journey, and accelerates the implementation of startup projects. Ultimately, it aims to pool global talent for the development of Hainan Free Trade Port.
据悉，海口国际人才之家自成立以来，始终致力于强化涉外公共服务，搭建外籍人才交流合作平台，已成功举办5期外籍人才创业孵化培训班，累计服务孵化外籍人才200多人次，助力近50名外籍人才实现创业梦想。此次联合皇马假日集团打造直播专项孵化班，是双方深化人才服务合作的重要举措，依托皇马假日集团在文旅、餐饮、电商等领域的资源优势，为外籍学员提供全方位的创业支持与资源对接服务。

The center has successfully conducted five entrepreneurship incubation training programs, serving over 200 foreign talents and helping nearly 50 realize their entrepreneurial dreams. 首场直播孵化课上，授课老师围绕直播创业的基础认知、行业前景展开讲解，结合海南自贸港直播电商发展趋势，为学员们解析了直播赛道的创业机遇与核心优势，帮助学员们建立起对直播创业的系统认知。同时，老师还提前与学员们互动沟通，了解大家的创业方向与实操困惑，为后续课程的精准开展做好铺垫。参与学员纷纷表示，首场课程干货满满，不仅明晰了直播创业的基本思路，也感受到了海口对国际人才创业的大力支持，对后续的课程充满期待。′

The instructor also proactively engaged with attendees to gather insights into their entrepreneurial goals and practical challenges, laying the groundwork for subsequent courses.
