2025年11月28日下午，三亚国际人才创业项目路演暨资源对接会在三亚留学人员创业园成功举办。本次活动在三亚市科学技术和工业信息化局（三亚市外国专家局）、三亚市人力资源和社会保障局（三亚市人力资源开发局）与三亚崖州湾科技城管理局共同指导下，由三亚国际人才之家（外国专家书屋）、三亚留学人员创业园、国家海外人才离岸创新创业基地（三亚崖州湾科技城） 联合主办，共吸引12个国际人才创业项目以及10余家行业企业与投资机构参与，为三亚国际人才创业生态注入新活力。
On the afternoon of November 28,2025, the Sanya International Talent Entrepreneurship Project Roadshow and Resource Matching Event was successfully held at the Sanya Overseas Returnees Entrepreneurship Park. Organized under the joint guidance of the Sanya Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology and Industrial Information (Sanya Foreign Experts Bureau), the Sanya Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (Sanya Human Resources Development Bureau), and the Sanya Yazhouwan Science and Technology City Administration, the event was co-hosted by the Sanya International Talent Home (Foreign Experts Bookstore), the Sanya Overseas Returnees Entrepreneurship Park, and the National Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for Overseas Talents (Sanya Yazhouwan Science and Technology City). It attracted participation from 12 international talent entrepreneurship projects as well as over 10 industry enterprises and investment institutions, injecting new vitality into Sanya's international talent entrepreneurship ecosystem.
路演环节中，来自科技研发、文旅融合、跨境贸易、南繁种业、深海科技等领域的12个创业项目依次亮相。各团队通过“5分钟PPT展示+现场答疑”的形式，全面呈现项目的核心技术优势、市场前景与融资需求。项目类型涵盖智慧文旅跨境体验平台、南繁育种、深海装备研发等多个前沿方向，充分展现了国际人才在三亚创新创业的多元视野与技术实力。
During the roadshow session, 12 startup projects from fields such as technology R&D, cultural-tourism integration, cross-border trade, southern seed breeding, and deep-sea technology were presented in turn. Each team utilized a "5-minute PPT presentation followed by live Q&A" format to comprehensively showcase their projects' core technological advantages, market potential, and funding needs. The projects spanned multiple cutting-edge areas including smart cultural-tourism cross-border experience platforms, southern seed breeding, and deep-sea equipment development, fully demonstrating the diverse perspectives and technical capabilities of international talents engaged in innovation and entrepreneurship in Sanya.
评审环节特邀行业专家与资深投资人组成评审团，围绕项目的创新性、市场潜力、团队能力等维度进行专业点评。一位风投专家在点评中表示：“项目不仅契合三亚产业发展方向，还具备清晰的商业模式，后续我们将进一步对接合作细节。”评审既充分肯定项目亮点，也提出针对性优化建议，为创业者提供了切实可行的指导。
The evaluation panel consisted of invited industry experts and seasoned investors, who provided professional assessments based on dimensions such as project innovation, market potential, and team capabilities. One venture capital expert remarked: "The project not only aligns with Sanya's industrial development direction but also features a well-defined business model; we will further discuss the details of collaboration." The evaluation both recognized the project's strengths and offered targeted improvement suggestions, providing entrepreneurs with practical guidance.

Charlotte, International Investment Promotion Manager from Yazhouwan Science and Technology City, provided on-site participants with detailed explanations of entrepreneurial policies, addressed their questions, and helped international talents quickly familiarize themselves with Sanya's business environment.
值得一提的是，本次活动不仅是项目展示的舞台，更是资源对接的桥梁。在茶歇交流环节，项目团队与投资机构、本地企业代表围绕技术合作、市场拓展与资金支持等议题展开深入洽谈。一位创业团队负责人表示：“通过这次活动，我们不仅获得了专业指导，也对接到了潜在合作伙伴，对项目在三亚落地更有信心了。”
It is worth noting that this event serves not only as a platform for project presentation but also as a bridge for resource networking. During the tea break discussion session, project teams engaged in in-depth discussions with representatives from investment institutions and local enterprises on topics such as technical collaboration, market expansion, and financial support. A startup team leader remarked, "Through this event, we not only received professional guidance but also connected with potential partners, which has strengthened our confidence in implementing the project in Sanya."
主办方代表在闭幕总结中强调，本次路演是三亚服务国际人才创新创业的重要举措。后续，相关服务机构将为路演项目提供跟踪指导与孵化资源，助力项目快速落地与成长，并持续对接技术资源与市场渠道，为项目规模化发展提供支撑。
The event organizers emphasized in their closing remarks that this roadshow represents a key initiative by Sanya to support international talent in innovation and entrepreneurship.
