8月25日，由海口市科学技术和工业信息化局（海口市外国专家局）、海口市科学技术协会组建的海口国际人才志愿服务团（以下简称志愿团）在海口国际人才之家举行启动仪式。

海口市科学技术和工业信息化局（海口市外国专家局）负责人在仪式上致辞，强调志愿服务的重要性和对社会的积极影响，并鼓励外籍人才、国际友人通过志愿服务增进与海口本地社区的互动交流。

On August 25, the Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Team (hereinafter referred to as the Volunteer Team), established by the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology and Industrial Information Technology (Haikou Foreign Experts Bureau) and the Haikou Association for Science and Technology, held its launch ceremony at the Haikou International Talent Center.

The head of the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology and Industrial Information (Haikou Municipal Bureau of Foreign Experts) delivered a speech at the ceremony, emphasizing the importance of volunteer service and its positive impact on society. He encouraged foreign professionals and international friends to enhance their interaction and engagement with local communities in Haikou through volunteer activities.

几位外籍人才代表分享了各自的志愿服务经历和感受，对参与志愿服务项目充满热情与期待。与会人员通过观看视频回顾了以往志愿服务的精彩瞬间，并就志愿团的工作计划开展交流讨论。

仪式现场进行了海口国际人才志愿服务团和海口龙华国际人才志愿服务队授旗，宣告海口国际人才志愿服务团正式启动。

仪式上，海口国际人才之家喀麦隆籍工作人员艾美丽，为志愿团成立献唱海南话方言歌曲《石榴园》，表达对志愿团成员像石榴籽一样紧密相依、团结协作，共同推进志愿服务事业的美好祝愿。来自中国、喀麦隆、巴基斯坦等多国的志愿团成员携手共唱经典歌曲《天下一家》。

据悉，本次志愿团项目由海口国际人才之家负责具体实施工作，并将在海口市龙华区首先推行试点。

Several representatives of international talents shared their volunteer service experiences and reflections, expressing great enthusiasm and anticipation for participating in the volunteer program. Attendees revisited memorable moments from previous volunteer activities through video screenings and engaged in discussions regarding the volunteer team's work plans.

During the ceremony, the Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Group and the Haikou Longhua International Talent Volunteer Service Team were presented with their flags, marking the official launch of the Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Group.

At the ceremony, Ai Meili, a Cameroonian staff member of the Haikou International Talent Home, performed the Hainan dialect song "Pomegranate Garden" to mark the establishment of the volunteer team, expressing her best wishes for the members to remain closely united and collaborative like pomegranate seeds, working together to advance the cause of volunteer service. Volunteer members from China, Cameroon, Pakistan, and other countries sang the classic song "One World, One Family" in unison.

It is reported that the volunteer program will be implemented by the Haikou International Talent Home, with a pilot launch initially scheduled in Longhua District of Haikou City.
