6月22日，由海口市外国专家局、龙华区委人才发展局指导，海垦街道办事处、海口龙华人才之家(海口国际人才之家)共同举办的“闪耀之星”英语公益活动在海垦街道垦家大院迎来了最后一课。该活动历经一个多月的时间、共5场，旨在通过一系列丰富多彩的英语互动游戏，激发儿童对英语的学习兴趣，培养良好的英语学习习惯，深受社区居民和孩子们的喜爱。

活动现场播放了一段暖心视频，回顾了孩子们在英语公益行活动开展以来的点点滴滴。期间，孩子们结合学习内容先后上台展示自己的才艺，最后，外籍人才与孩子们合唱了《500 miles》《If You Are Happy》，深情的歌声让现场氛围更加温馨。新加坡籍人才Mona在谈及此次活动时说道：“通过活动，我看到了孩子们对英语学习的热情和渴望，每一次都有不同的变化，他们的进步和成长是我最大的满足。希望此次活动能够激发孩子们深入探索英语和世界的兴趣。”

On June 22, the "Shining Star" English public welfare event concluded its final session at Kenjia Courtyard in Haikeng Subdistrict. Organized under the guidance of the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Foreign Experts and the Longhua District Committee Talent Development Bureau, and jointly hosted by the Haikeng Subdistrict Office and the Haikou Longhua Talent Home (Haikou International Talent Home), the initiative spanned over a month with five sessions in total. Through a series of engaging English interactive games, it aimed to spark children's interest in learning English and foster good study habits, earning widespread acclaim from both community residents and participants.

A heartwarming video was screened at the event, showcasing the children's journey since the launch of the English charity initiative. During the program, the children took turns performing their talents based on their learning content. Finally, foreign guests performed "500 Miles" and "If You Are Happy" in harmony with the children, their heartfelt singing further enhanced the warm atmosphere. Singaporean participant Mona commented on the event: "Through this activity, I witnessed the children's passion and eagerness for learning English. Each session brought new progress, and their growth is my greatest satisfaction. I hope this event will inspire the children to delve deeper into exploring English and the world."

A parent representative presented a banner to the service team, conveying deep appreciation to the event organizers and volunteer staff.
