海口国际人才之家举办政策培训活动 助力外籍人才把握自贸港发展机遇

9月28日下午，海口国际人才之家成功举办了一场主题为《境内关外规则下经营策略》的政策培训活动，吸引了来自世界各地的40多名外籍人才参与。

On the afternoon of September 28th, Haikou International Talent Community successfully held a policy interpretation event with the theme of "Business Strategies under Inside China and Outside Customs", attracting more than 40 foreign talents from all over the world to participate.

本次活动特邀主讲嘉宾由海南省管理现代化研究会会长、经济技术研究院院长胡卫东老师担任。胡卫东老师拥有丰富的企业管理、行政管理、社会组织和区域经济等领域的研究经验。他曾担任原电子工业部直属机构负责人，国企董事长、总经理等重要职务。在企业管理和区域经济规划方面，胡老师承担了国家级和省级研究课题27个，完成了36个重点企业战略咨询项目和区域产业规划项目。此外，他还主讲了2000多场企业管理、行政管理、社会组织和区域经济培训课程，曾荣获“改革开放30年企业发展理论突出贡献奖”，并由中国人民大学出版社出版了其管理专著《管理九章》。

The special guest speaker for this event is Hu Weidong, President of Hainan Provincial Management Modernization Research Association and Dean of the Economic and Technological Research Institute, who has extensive research experience in the fields of enterprise management, administrative management, social organizations, and regional economy. He once served as the head of a directly affiliated institution of the former Ministry of Electronics Industry, as well as important positions such as Chairman and General Manager of state-owned enterprises. In terms of enterprise management and regional economic planning, Mr. Hu has undertaken 27 national and provincial research projects, completed 36 key enterprise strategic consulting projects and regional industrial planning projects. In addition, he also lectured on more than 2000 training courses in enterprise management, administration, social organization and regional economy, and won the "Outstanding Contribution Award for Enterprise Development Theory in the 30 Years of Reform and Opening up", and his management monograph "Nine Chapters of Management" was published by China Renmin University Press.

在本次培训中，胡卫东老师深入解读了海南自贸港的境内关外规则，以及企业如何在这一特殊经济功能区内制定有效的经营策略。他结合海南自贸港的底层逻辑、封关示意图、税收政策等多方面内容，为在场的外籍人才提供了一场深入浅出、内容丰富的培训。

In this training, Mr. Hu Weidong deeply interpreted the “Inside China and Outside Customs” regulations of Hainan Free Trade Port, as well as how enterprises can formulate effective business strategies in this special economic functional zone. He provided a comprehensive training for foreign talents present, combining the underlying logic of Hainan Free Trade Port, the schematic diagram of customs clearance, tax policies, and other aspects.
