海口国际人才之家助力2026年海口市外国人来华工作政策培训活动

为进一步优化海南自贸港外籍人才服务，提升用人单位涉外业务办理能力，2026年4月28日，海口市外国人来华工作相关政策培训活动在龙华数字经济产业园（南海园）一楼A114会议中心顺利举办，海口市聘用外国人单位负责人参与了本次培训。

To further optimize services for foreign talents in Hainan Free Trade Port and enhance the capacity of employing units to handle foreign-related businesses, the 2026 policy training on foreigners working in China was successfully held at Conference Center A114, 1st Floor, Longhua Digital Economy Industrial Park (Nanhai Park) on April 28, 2026. Person-in-charges of foreigner-employing institutions in Haikou attended the training.

海口国际人才之家深度参与本次活动，现场分享了海南境外人员职业资格考试和境外职业资格认可的利好政策，为用人单位及外籍人才解读相关政策要点，助力外籍人才在琼职业发展与资质认定。同时，海口国际人才之家还推荐优秀外籍人才（吴兰）接受相关采访，分享在海口工作、生活的真实体验，展现外籍人才眼中的自贸港发展机遇与城市温度。

Haikou International Talent Community took an in-depth part in the event. It shared favorable policies concerning vocational qualification examinations for overseas personnel in Hainan and the recognition of overseas vocational qualifications certificates, interpreted key policy points for employing entities and foreign talents, and supported foreign talents in their career development and qualification accreditation in Hainan. Meanwhile, Haikou International Talent Community recommended outstanding foreign talent (WU Lan） for interviews to share her real work and life experiences in Haikou, presenting the development opportunities of the Free Trade Port and the warmth of the city from the perspective of foreign talents.

本次培训聚焦外国人来华工作许可、居留许可办理、涉外社会保险、社保一卡通应用及创业相关政策等核心内容，为用人单位搭建了权威的政策学习与交流平台。海口国际人才之家也将持续发挥桥梁作用，为外籍人才提供更全面、更优质的服务，助力海南自贸港打造更具吸引力的国际人才集聚高地。

This training focused on core contents including the application for foreigners' work permits and residence permits in China, foreign-related social insurance, the use of social security all-in-one cards, and entrepreneurship-related policies, building an authoritative platform for employing entities to learn policies and conduct exchanges.
