This pre-event campaign closely revolves around the theme of "celebrating the harvest, expressing gratitude to nature, and preserving intangible cultural heritage," featuring multiple sections including visual displays, intangible cultural heritage experiences, interactive games, and special performances. At 2 PM that day, accompanied by the melodious tune of "Welcome to Baisha," 12 foreign promotional ambassadors dressed in traditional Li and Miao costumes paraded through the venue, instantly energizing the atmosphere and drawing numerous local residents and tourists to stop and take photos.

At the event venue, representatives from the Baisha Cultural Center performed several locally distinctive songs with captivating melodies, showcasing the beauty of Baisha's landscapes and its cultural heritage. In the intangible cultural heritage exhibition area, demonstrations of exquisite traditional Li ethnic group techniques in spinning, dyeing, weaving, and embroidery drew significant attention; Li pottery, bone artifacts, and related cultural products were displayed in abundance. Many visitors observed these exhibits closely and exchanged insights with representative inheritors regarding technical details, while some cultural products proved particularly popular. The specialty food tasting zone offered local specialties such as three-color rice, Shanlan wine, and honey water for free tasting, with their unique flavors receiving unanimous acclaim.

The interactive session was highly engaging. Fun games such as ring toss and arrow throwing attracted enthusiastic participation from attendees, with continuous laughter and excitement throughout the event. The Intangible Cultural Heritage Reading Corner provided a quiet space for cultural reading, where visitors immersed themselves in relevant books to deepen their understanding of Baisha's cultural heritage. Foreign promotional ambassadors actively distributed materials, introduced the "La' ao Men" event, and warmly invited tourists to take photos together, creating a vibrant highlight of the venue. Participants received experience cards via electronic check-in; upon completing the tasks, they could exchange them for souvenirs like hand-drawn study maps of Qingsong Township and join an online community to stay updated on event developments.

"This event allowed me to experience the charm of Baisha's intangible cultural heritage up close for the first time. The Li brocade craftsmanship is truly impressive, and Shanlan liquor boasts a unique flavor—I'm eagerly looking forward to the official event," said Ms.Wang, a tourist from Shanxi. Moving forward, Baisha will continue meticulous preparations to successfully host the 'La Aomen' Rainforest and Shanlan Culture Event, showcasing the region's natural ecological beauty, ethnic cultural heritage, and new developmental vitality through diverse content and formats.
