近日，一场别开生面的盛会——“2024白沙县青松乡国际人才文旅智汇行”在海南热带雨林国家公园核心区域的美丽乡村——白沙黎族自治县青松乡成功举办。本次活动由海口市科学技术和工业信息化局（海口市外国专家局）、中共白沙黎族自治县青松乡党委、白沙黎族自治县青松乡人民政府联合主办，旨在促进黎族文化与国际文化相互交融、人才资源和文旅产业高度融合，推动乡村旅游文化发展，助力乡村教育，宣传乡村形象，从而发挥旅游业在服务美好生活、促进经济发展中的重要作用，推动旅游稀缺性和文化独特性相融合，打造出具有向往度的旅游产品。
Recently, a unique event called "2024 International Talent Cultural and Tourism Wisdom Tour in Qingsong Township, Baisha County" was successfully held in Qingsong Township, Baisha Li Autonomous County, a beautiful countryside in the core area of Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park. This event was jointly organized by Haikou Science, Technology and Industrial Informatization Bureau (Haikou Foreign Experts Bureau), the Party Committee of Qingsong Township, Baisha Li Autonomous County of the Communist Party of China, and the People's Government of Qingsong Township, Baisha Li Autonomous County. Its aim is to promote the integration of Li culture and international culture, the high integration of talent resources and cultural tourism industry, promote the development of rural tourism culture, assist rural education, promote rural image, and thus play an important role in serving a better life and promoting economic development in the tourism industry. It promotes the integration of tourism scarcity and cultural uniqueness, and creates desirable tourism products.
活动于11月8日至10日举行，吸引了40余名国际人才及“候鸟”人才参与，他们分别来自世界各地的10多个国家，其中不乏艺术家、专家教授和网红等，也有不少博士、硕士等高学历人才。在这三天的行程中，国际人才们深入体验了青松乡的自然风光和黎族文化，为当地居民带来了丰富多彩的文化体验，同时也为青松乡的发展注入了新的活力。
The event was held from November 8th to 10th, attracting more than 40 international talents and "migratory bird" talents from over 10 countries around the world, including artists, experts, professors, and internet celebrities, as well as many highly educated talents such as doctors and masters. During the three-day trip, international talents deeply experienced the natural scenery and Li culture of Qingsong Township, bringing rich and colorful cultural experiences to local residents, and injecting new vitality into the development of Qingsong Township.
活动首日，国际人才们走进青松乡中心学校，开展了一场别开生面的英语兴趣课堂。国际人才们通过讲故事、学唱英文歌、玩游戏等形式，激发了学生们对英语的兴趣，增强了他们的口语实践能力。这一活动不仅为学生们带来了知识的种子，也为他们打开了通往世界的大门。
On the first day of the event, international talents held a unique English interest class for Qingsong Township Central School students. International talents have stimulated students' interest in English and enhanced their oral practice ability through storytelling, learning to sing English songs, playing games, and other forms. This activity not only brought the seeds of knowledge to the students, but also opened the door to the world for them.
次日，青松乡的山兰稻乡村音乐会成为了活动的又一亮点。来自不同国家的艺术人才与当地艺术团共同演绎了多首经典曲目，将音乐与山兰稻文化完美融合，为观众带来了一场视听盛宴。音乐会现场，国际人才与“候鸟”人才们纷纷登台献艺，用歌声传递着对青松乡的热爱与祝福。当晚，一场盛大的篝火晚会在青松乡的夜空下点燃。国际人才与“候鸟”人才们与当地民众一起载歌载舞，共同庆祝这次难忘的聚会。来自加拿大的Jan Kerekes很兴奋地说：“这场音乐会真是太棒了！我从未想过音乐能与当地的农耕文化结合得这么巧妙。我感受到了当地人民的热情与才华，也通过音乐了解了他们的生活和故事。”
The next day, the Shanlan Rice Rural Music Concert in Qingsong Township became another highlight of the event. Art talents from different countries and local art troupes jointly performed multiple classic songs, perfectly integrating music with Shanlan Rice culture, bringing a visual and auditory feast to the audience. At the concert venue, international talents and "migratory bird" talents performed on stage, conveying their love and blessings for Qingsong Township through their singing. That night, a grand bonfire party was lit under the night sky of Qingsong Township. International talents and 'migratory bird' talents sang and danced together with local people to celebrate this unforgettable gathering. Jan Kerekes from Canada said excitedly, "This concert is fantastic! I never thought music could be so cleverly combined with the local agricultural culture. I felt the enthusiasm and talent of the local people, and also learned about their lives and stories through music.”
在活动的最后一天，书画人才蔡凯玲、闭思锦等在青松乡拥处村拉奥门广场为当地民众现场创作书画作品，并现场赠送。与此同时，国际人才们也体验了山兰稻丰收节之旅，深入了解了农业生产的各个环节。他们还在稻田中录制了乡村MTV和宣传视频，以此来表达对青松乡的热爱和祝福。来自比利时的COOKE CATHERINE MARY在参与收割后表示：“这是我人生中第一次了解到在山坡上耕种的山兰稻，感觉非常新奇和有意义。通过亲身体验，我更加深入地了解了村民们播种的艰辛。我会将这些珍贵的经历分享给我的朋友们，让他们也了解这个美丽的地方。”
On the last day of the event, talents of calligraphers and painters Cai Kailing, Bi Sijin, and others created calligraphy and painting works on-site for local residents at Laomen Square in Yongchu Village, Qingsong Township, and presented them as gifts on site. At the same time, international talents also experienced the Shanlan Rice Harvest Festival and gained a deeper understanding of various aspects of agricultural production. They also recorded rural MTV and promotional videos in the rice fields to express their love and blessings for Qingsong Township. COOKE CATHERINE MARY from Belgium said after participating in the harvest, "This is the first time in my life that I have learned about Shanlan Rice cultivated on the hillside, which is very novel and meaningful. Through personal experience, I have gained a deeper understanding of the hardships that villagers face in sowing. I will share these precious experiences with my friends and let them also understand this beautiful place.”
此外，活动还安排了一场人才座谈建言会。国际人才、当地政府人员和企业代表共同探讨青松乡的教育、文化和经济发展。在会议上，达成了多项合作协议，包括海口市龙华区辅安“候鸟”人才工作站党支部与白沙黎族自治县青松乡拥处村党支部的共建协议，以及海口国际人才志愿服务团白沙青松乡拥处村服务点的设立。
In addition, a talent symposium and suggestion meeting was arranged. International talents, local government officials, and business representatives jointly explore the education, culture, and economic development of Qingsong Township. At the meeting, multiple cooperation agreements were reached, including a joint construction agreement between the Party branch of the Fu'an "Migratory Bird" Talent Workstation in Longhua District, Haikou City and the Party branch of Yongchu Village in Qingsong Township, Baisha Li Autonomous County, as well as the establishment of a service branch in Yongchu Village, Baisha Qingsong Township, Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Team.
