2025年11月7日，皮进宇受邀走进海南热带海洋学院，以 “自贸港建设赋能国际留学生：机遇、路径与展望” 为主题开展专题演讲。这场在热海学院图书馆报告厅举行的分享活动，吸引了该校 200 余名师生现场参与，成为校地人才服务联动的生动实践。本次活动得到海口市外国专家局的指导支持。作为长期深耕人才服务领域的实践者，皮进宇带着三年来运营三大人才服务平台的一线经验登台开讲，台下既有海洋科学、国际经济与贸易等专业的本科生，也有专注自贸港研究的青年教师。
On November 7, 2025, Pi Jinyu was invited to Hainan Tropical Ocean University to deliver a keynote speech titled "Free Trade Port Development Empowering International Students: Opportunities, Pathways, and Prospects." The event, held in the university's library auditorium, attracted over 200 faculty and students, serving as a vivid demonstration of collaborative talent services between the university and local authorities. The activity received guidance and support from the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Foreign Experts. As a seasoned practitioner in talent services, Pi Jinyu shared his three years of hands-on experience managing three major talent service platforms. The audience included undergraduates specializing in marine science, international economics, and trade, as well as young faculty members focused on free trade port research.
“海南自贸港建设的核心竞争力在于人才，而我们的使命就是搭建人才与城市共成长的桥梁。” 演讲开篇，皮进宇结合自身经历阐释活动初衷。他提到，随着自贸港人才政策持续升级，青年学子对人才服务体系的认知需求日益迫切，此次进校园正是响应这一需求，通过真实案例解读让人才政策 “活起来”。演讲中，皮进宇以加纳小伙钱成诚在海口创业的故事为切入点，详细介绍了我们的服务功能：从公司注册指导到客户资源对接，从政策解读到文化融入帮扶，这个集联谊、交流、帮办、培训为一体的平台已成为外籍人才的 “创业驿站”。他特别分享了平台组织的 100 多场中外人才交流活动细节，当讲到白俄罗斯人才通过平台培训冲进总决赛的案例时，现场响起热烈掌声。"
"The core competitiveness of Hainan Free Trade Port lies in its talent pool, and our mission is to build a bridge for the mutual growth of talents and the city," began Pi Jinyu as he explained the initiative's purpose through personal experience. He noted that with continuous improvements in the free trade port's talent policies, young students 'demand for comprehensive talent support services has grown increasingly urgent, and this campus outreach program addresses precisely this need by bringing policy frameworks to life through real-world case studies. Using the story of Ghanaian entrepreneur Qian Chengcheng's startup journey in Haikou as an example, Pi detailed the platform's services—from company registration guidance and client resource matching to policy interpretation and cultural integration assistance—demonstrating how this integrated platform for networking, exchange, support, and training has become a vital "entrepreneurship hub" for international talents. He particularly highlighted over 100 international talent exchange events organized by the platform, and when mentioning a Belarusian talent who advanced to the finals through the platform's training program, the audience erupted in enthusiastic applause.

Pi Jinyu addressed each inquiry individually and demonstrated the standard operational procedures of the "Haikou International Talent Service" on-site.

The head of the Student Affairs Office at Rehaikou University stated that the speech allowed students to gain a tangible understanding of the free trade port's talent appeal and clarified their career paths. As young students progress from merely understanding policies to actively engaging with services, and as talent platforms shift from passive waiting to proactive outreach, this interactive approach that breaks down barriers represents a crucial step in Hainan's efforts to build a robust talent ecosystem. This campus initiative serves as a seed, planting the aspiration to "put down roots in Hainan" among students while pioneering a new model of "university-local collaboration" for talent development in the free trade port. In the future, with the implementation of more such programs, we are confident that an increasing number of young people will choose to stay on this promising land, bringing their ideals and talents to align their personal growth with the development trajectory of the free trade port, thereby jointly writing a remarkable chapter of talent development and youthful aspirations for Hainan.
