7 月 21 日下午，由海口国际人才之家联合多方力量精心筹备的海南自贸港国际人才创业沙盘实战活动，在海南港澳青年创新创业服务中心圆满举行。 本次活动由海南欧美同学会、共青团海口市委员会主办，海口国际人才之家、海口龙华人才之家协办。活动旨在为广大国际人才提供一个实战性强、富有创新的学习交流平台，助力他们在创业道路上迈出坚实的步伐。
On the afternoon of July 21, the Hainan Free Trade Port International Talent Entrepreneurship Simulation Exercise, meticulously organized by Haikou International Talent Home in collaboration with multiple partners, was successfully held at the Hainan Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Center. The event was hosted by the Hainan Association of Chinese Students Abroad and the Communist Youth League Haikou Municipal Committee, with co-organization by Haikou International Talent Home and Haikou Longhua Talent Home. It aimed to provide international talents with a highly practical and innovative learning and exchange platform, empowering them to make solid strides on their entrepreneurial journeys.
本次活动采用了新颖独特的沙盘演练模拟企业创业的实战模拟模式，以帽子制作作为当天的模拟场景，让学员们深度沉浸其中。学员们被分成三组，分别扮演帽子生产工厂和帽子零售商，通过这种角色代入，亲身体验创业过程中的种种挑战与机遇。
This event adopted an innovative sand table simulation model to replicate real-world entrepreneurial experiences, using hat manufacturing as the day's scenario to immerse participants fully. The trainees were divided into three groups, each portraying either a hat production factory or a retail retailer. Through this role-playing approach, they personally experienced the various challenges and opportunities inherent in the entrepreneurial journey.
