On the morning of January 24, Haikou International Talent Center hosted an experiential session for eight international talents from diverse countries and regions, where they explored Hainan's intangible cultural heritage (ICH) Dad Tea. The event also marked the inaugural session of the sixth Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Live Streaming Workshop. Centered on ICH as a cultural bridge and self-media skills as the core focus, the program not only immersed participants in Hainan's local cultural charm but also systematically covered essential live streaming techniques and career development strategies. Mr.Huang, General Manager of the International Talent and Shuiyan Coffee Experience Center, delivered a lecture interpreting industry opportunities and the developmental dividends of Hainan Free Trade Port.
活动伊始，外籍人才们在工作人员的引导下沉浸式体验海南非遗老爸茶习俗。桌上摆放着虾饺、凤爪、萝卜糕等经典茶点，搭配醇厚的本地茶饮，大家边品茗边聆听讲解，深入了解老爸茶从清代末民国初期由琼籍华侨从东南亚带回海南的百年历史，以及其作为海南市井文化缩影的独特价值。“这种围坐品茶、轻松交流的氛围特别温暖，让我感受到海南文化的包容与鲜活。”一位外籍人才表示，通过亲身参与，终于理解了老爸茶为何能成为海南人生活中不可或缺的部分。此次体验不仅是味觉的享受，更是一次深刻的文化对话，为外籍人才搭建了感知海南本土文化的重要桥梁。
At the event's opening, foreign professionals immersed themselves in Hainan's intangible cultural heritage of Dad Tea through staff-guided activities. Classic local delicacies like shrimp dumplings, chicken feet, and radish cakes were served alongside rich tea, as participants savored the brew while listening to insightful commentary. They learned about Dad Tea's century-long history—introduced to Hainan by overseas Chinese from Hainan during the late Qing and early Republican periods—and its unique role as a cultural microcosm of the island. "The warm, convivial atmosphere of tea gatherings and casual conversations made me truly appreciate Hainan's cultural inclusiveness and vibrancy," one participant remarked. Through firsthand experience, they understood why Dad Tea has become an integral part of Hainanese daily life. 海南温州商会会员、水烟咖啡体验馆黄总则从行业发展视角，为外籍人才分享了自媒体领域的未来机遇与海南自贸港带来的独特红利。他指出，随着数字经济的快速发展，自媒体已成为跨文化交流与商业变现的重要载体，而海南自贸港封关运作带来的政策优势、日益增长的国际关注度，更为外籍人才提供了广阔的发展空间。黄总结合海南旅游、文化、跨境贸易等特色产业，建议外籍人才聚焦海南元素进行内容创作，通过自身国际化视角讲好海南故事，既能吸引全球关注，也能借助自贸港政策实现个人事业的突破。他表示，海南正以开放包容的姿态迎接全球人才，各类配套服务的完善为外籍人才在琼发展提供了坚实保障。

The policy benefits of Hainan Free Trade Port's customs operations and its growing international recognition have created vast development opportunities for foreign talents.
