为帮助在海口创业发展的外籍人才提高创业技巧和能力，寻找更好创业资源，更快地适应创业环境，帮助外籍人才解决创业过程中遇到的问题，海口国际人才之家举办首期外籍人才创业培训孵化班，6月24日进行了第十次授课，有十多名外籍创业人才参加了学习。
To help foreign entrepreneurs in Haikou enhance their entrepreneurial skills, access better resources, adapt more quickly to the local business environment, and overcome challenges encountered during their ventures, the Haikou International Talent Home launched its inaugural entrepreneurship training and incubation program for foreign professionals. The tenth session was held on June 24, with over ten foreign entrepreneurs attending the event.
今天的陈老师为外籍创业人才们讲解了在创业中如何引流的问题。陈老师用巧妙的方式循循诱导地抛出了今天的话题：引流。接下来，他又进一步讲述了现在的创业者普遍面临的两个痛点：1、没有流量，更没有认识到流量的重要性。2、就算是知道流量的好处，也根本不知道该如何去吸引流量。然后，陈老师通过入情入理的分析和真实案例的列举，让大家学习到了如何去计算流量和流量成本以及如何去平衡二者的关系，懂得了如何利用各种方法和手段去寻找流量洼地，怎么避开无效流量去获取更多有效流量等等。
Today, Professor Chen addressed the issue of traffic acquisition for foreign entrepreneurial talents. He skillfully and methodically introduced the topic: traffic acquisition. He then went on to outline two common challenges faced by entrepreneurs today: 1) A lack of traffic and an insufficient understanding of its importance; 2) Even when aware of traffic's benefits, a lack of knowledge on how to effectively attract it. Through insightful analysis and real-world case studies, Professor Chen demonstrated how to calculate traffic volume and associated costs, balance these factors, identify high-potential traffic sources, and filter out ineffective traffic to maximize valuable engagement.
截止目前，海口国际人才之家举办的第三期自贸港外籍人才创业培训孵化班已全部完成。通过精准定制的个性化课程内容设计和系统高效的创业培训孵化，学员们不但学习到大量的创业理论知识，还不经意间在快乐的游戏体验中掌握到创业经营的实战技能。今后还会推出更多更好的活动，为海南培养出更多更好更实用的人才来，为自贸港人才建设贡献力量。
To date, the third entrepreneurship training and incubation program for foreign talents at Haikou International Talent Home has been fully completed. Through precisely tailored curriculum design and systematic, efficient entrepreneurial training, participants not only acquired extensive theoretical knowledge but also effortlessly mastered practical business skills through engaging interactive sessions. More high-quality initiatives will be launched in the future to cultivate more competent and practical talents for Hainan, thereby contributing to the talent development of the Free Trade Port.
