2025年12月30日下午，一场以“聚焦自贸港封关新局，共话国际人才融合与创新之路”为主题的国际人才沙龙在三亚雲锦堂茶馆举行。本次活动由三亚市科学技术和工业信息化局（三亚市外国专家局）指导、三亚国际人才之家主办，共吸引来自旅游、贸易、科技、教育、服务等领域的20位外籍精英人才参与，通过破冰互动、分组研讨、成果分享等形式展开。

On the afternoon of December 30,2025, an international talent salon titled "Focusing on the New Landscape of Free Trade Port Customs Closure: Exploring Pathways for International Talent Integration and Innovation" was held at Sanya Yunjintang Tea House. Organized under the guidance of the Sanya Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology and Industrial Information (Sanya Foreign Experts Bureau) and hosted by the Sanya International Talent Home, the event attracted 20 outstanding foreign professionals from sectors including tourism, trade, technology, education, and services. The program featured ice-breaking activities, group discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
三亚市科学技术和工业信息化局（三亚市外国专家局）有关负责人出席活动并致辞。该负责人指出，自海南自贸港2025年12月18日正式封关运作以来，人员、货物、资金自由流动的制度红利正逐步释放。三亚作为自贸港核心城市，日益成为全球人才的汇聚热土。本次沙龙旨在倾听国际人才的心声，汇聚发展建议，持续优化国际人才服务环境，推动政策红利切实转化为国际人才扎根、项目落地的实效，实现三亚与国际人才的“双向奔赴”、共赢发展。核心研讨环节，主持人通过趣味游戏将外籍人才分为三组，围绕自贸港国际人才政策优势与创业生态优化路径、国际人才跨文化融入的现实挑战与应对之策、三亚重点产业中国际人才的创新角色与发展机遇三大议题展开深度交流。其中，深海科技等三亚特色产业的人才赋能问题成为讨论焦点。Relevant officials from the Sanya Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology and Industrial Information (Sanya Foreign Experts Bureau) attended the event and delivered speeches. They noted that since the official launch of Hainan Free Trade Port on December 18,2025, the institutional benefits of unrestricted mobility for people, goods, and capital have been progressively realized. As a core city within the free trade port, Sanya has increasingly become a magnet for global talent. This salon aims to listen to international professionals 'perspectives, gather development suggestions, continuously improve the service environment for international talents, transform policy advantages into tangible outcomes for talent settlement and project implementation, and foster a mutually beneficial relationship between Sanya and international experts. During the key discussion session, the moderator divided foreign participants into three groups through interactive games, facilitating in-depth exchanges on three topics: policy advantages and entrepreneurial ecosystem optimization for international talents in the free trade port; practical challenges and solutions for cross-cultural integration; and innovative roles and development opportunities for international talents in Sanya's key industries. Talent development in Sanya's distinctive sectors, particularly deep-sea technology, emerged as a focal point of discussion.

研讨过程中，不少外籍嘉宾主动分享了在三亚工作生活中遇到的跨文化适应难题。在“发现问题－跨界支招－精准破题”的高效互动模式下，与会人员结合自身从业经历与行业前沿观察，针对创业服务痛点、涉外服务优化、产学研协同合作等关键问题深入研讨，并进行资源共享对接。随后各小组代表依次登台分享研讨成果，从政策、文化、产业人才维度提出一系列兼具实操性和价值性的建议，充分展现三亚国际人才的智慧与担当。

During the discussion session, numerous foreign guests proactively shared the cross-cultural adaptation challenges they encountered in their work and daily lives in Sanya. Following an efficient interactive framework of "identifying issues – providing cross-sectoral solutions – developing targeted approaches," participants leveraged their professional experiences and cutting-edge industry insights to conduct in-depth discussions on key topics such as pain points in entrepreneurial support services, optimization of international services, and industry-academia-research collaboration, while facilitating resource sharing. Subsequently, representatives from each group took turns presenting their findings, offering a series of practical and valuable recommendations across policy, cultural, and talent development dimensions, fully demonstrating the wisdom and commitment of Sanya's international talent pool.

茶歇期间，氤氲茶香与海南沉香交织。一位外国专家坦言，在三亚生活多年的他，总与中国文化隔着一层，而这场茶馆里的活动，让他触摸到了最真实的中国魅力。

During the tea break, the lingering aroma of tea blended with the scent of Hainan agarwood. A foreign expert admitted that despite living in Sanya for many years, he had always maintained a certain distance from Chinese culture; however, this event at the teahouse allowed him to experience the most authentic charm of China.

活动尾声，主办方安排了“香疗愈”体验，嘉宾们静坐品香，感受传统香文化的韵味。一位外国友人深有感触地说：“我们一直在寻找可以为国际朋友提供优质交流服务的平台和场地，三亚国际人才之家的活动让我们真正有了‘找到组织’的归属感。这次不仅能和不同国籍的伙伴围坐在一起，共同讨论海南自贸港封关机遇和产业发展前景，还能沉浸式体验中国传统茶馆文化和海南沉香文化。”

At the conclusion of the event, the organizers arranged a "fragrance therapy" experience, where guests sat quietly to savor aromas and appreciate the charm of traditional fragrance culture. A foreign participant remarked profoundly, "We have been seeking platforms and venues that could provide high-quality exchange services for international friends. The activities at Sanya International Talent Home truly gave us a sense of belonging by 'finding our home.' This time, we not only gathered with partners from various nationalities to discuss the opportunities presented by the Hainan Free Trade Port's customs clearance and industrial development prospects, but also immersed ourselves in the traditional Chinese teahouse culture of China and the agarwood culture of Hainan."
